During a front end collision the air bags failed to deploy.nlmconsumers sons headhit the windhsield due to non deployment of air bags.
When the consumer was pressing the high beam light switch, the vehicle suddenly lost power. The first assumption was that the light button on the floor, was shorting out, but the problem was a bad design with the electrical connector.

The driver was testing passenger tires for goodyear on vans with 14 inch tires instead of 16 inch tires. This changed speedometer and odometer reading causing unstability and fishtailing on wet ramps and endagered the safety of the drivers.
While in motion, the right rear tire exploded.consumer requests reimbursement of monies paid on the repurchase of four brand new tires.the firestone tires were factory installed lt235/85r16e.reimbursement was denied to consumer because the tires did not fall under the recall guidelines.*jg
On several occasions, while driving, firestone steeltex at tires (tire information unknown) sidewall separated causing a complete blow out. Driver was able to pull over to the side of raod and safely change the tire.dealer claimed to have found a bad valve-stem.photos attached.
Firestone tires have dry rot, cracking and separation on the sidewalls, consumer replaced all tires and request reimbursement (lt235/85r16).nlm
