Consumer states both tires on the truck with this dot # had the same problem, but p225/70r15 radial t/a tires were always properly inflated and truck was lightly loaded.

Owner replaced all four tires with michelin tires. Owner was given credit for the blown tire. This was due prior to receiving notification (oot-005).

Ford has no interest in investigating this potential failure. Ford has positioned itself to recoup some of its original cost in the recall, by forcing their customers at their own expense to replace the jumper harness with no guarantee that it will last at least as long as the original three year, 36,000 mile warranty on the vehicle.the consumer wanted ford to verify that the jumper harness with a non-replaceable fuse either did or did not cause the cruise control system to malfunction after the harness was installed. Ford denied the consumers request.
