The electric power steering stopped working 3 times while driving my daughter had to put the flasher on and muscle the car to the side of the road the last time she was almost hit by another car. At the same time the radio and fdim would come on erratically and really loud. Took the car to larry h miller ford in slc utah they charged her 90.00 which she never agreed to, reprogrammed the car only and replaced no parts. Larry miller ford sent my daughter out with a car that is not safe, the radio and fdim still go off and on in a startling fashion and knowing that this problem will most likely occur again. I just want the car fixed so all safety hazards are addressed.

While driving on the interstate, the vehicle lost propulsion and required the driver to pull off to the side of the road and restart the vehicle twice in a distance of five (5) miles. After speaking with a service technician at our local ford dealership, he indicated that the issue is a problem with the throttle body. Apparently, this is an continual issue on this model and i was also informed this part (throttle body) is currently on a "national" back order. I would think that if this specific part is on a 'national" backorder, ford should issue a recall because it is obvious there is a problem.

While driving on interstate at highway speeds lost acceleration going uphill and wrench light came on.pulled to side of road and stopped.stopped engine for a few minutes and restarted.engine started normally and check engine light came on.acceleration erratic and rpm on acceleration high but not in the redline.once on level highway could get to highway speeds and leveled out at a constant speed and rpm was near normal.drove to dealership.dealership reported no codes but electronic throttle body shorting internally.replaced electronic throttle body.dealership stated the electronic throttle body was not covered under warranty.vehicle had 90, 232 miles at dealership.

The contact owns a 2010 ford escape hybrid. While driving approximately 70 mph, the service engine sensor light illuminated and the speed suddenly reduced. The vehicle would not accelerate when the accelerator pedal was depressed. After stopping the vehicle and restarting the engine, the vehicle operated normally. The failure occurred on multiple occasions. The cause of the failure was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 61,000.

I had noticed over the weekend that once in a while when i pressed on the gas pedal it would rev up but not go anywhere while i was going down the road.on monday, i was on my way to the dealership and was taking a left through a busy intersection when it went into a bit of a stall.this was a very dangerous situation.i was able to turn it off, then turn the vehicle back on and when the dealership (bell ford) called they said it was the throttle body and it needed to be replaced.i did some research online and it seems this is a rampant problem with other ford escape owners.i only have about 62,000 miles on this vehicle and it makes me very angry that this problem has not been a recall issue considering how many people have had this issue.this is very dangerous and a recall should be sent in to correct this issue!

On sunday, april 22, 2018, while ascending a grade on the pacific coast highway in newport beach, ca, the 'yellow wrench' warning light on my 2010 ford escape suddenly illuminated and the vehicle rapidly deaccelerated and did not respond to the throttle. At that moment i was in the left lane of a 3-lane highway with other vehicles approaching from behind and passing at 50 mph. My vehicle slowed to about 5 mph as i attempted to move to the right where i hoped it had enough momentum that i could make it to the top of the grade and exit the highway. The right-hand exit was downhill and i was able to coast and creep into a market parking lot where i turned off the engine and tried to calm down. From the vehicle manual i learned that the 'yellow wrench' indicated 'throttle control or drive train problems.' as it turned out it was a sunday morning and i did not have a phone with me so i decided to try restarting the engine. It started and the yellow wrench did not illuminate. After a short test drive in the parking lot i decided to cancel my errands and try to return home, a distance of a few miles. I drove at 25-30 mph on residential side streets and made it home with no further problems. The next day i took the car into the local ford dealer and described what had happened. I was told they would look into it and report back. Later i was informed that the problem was a defective throttle body and they had a replacement part. When i came in to pick up the car i was informed that there was no charge because the repair 'was under warranty!' this was a big surprise, since i had never received any notice of a potential problem nor of a warranty extension. Sudden deacceleration would be dangerous on a freeway in rush hour traffic, not mitigated by "limp home" capability

Engine shuts off while in park or when driving. Marked today going 45 and engine shut off.

I traveled approximately 2.5 miles when the car stalled, stopped operating and i had no power to the drive train.the air conditioner and radio still worked so i still had electrical power.i was able to coast to a stop but it was dangerous traffic.i turned everything off and the car restarted.it was initially sluggish but i traveled the next 3 miles home.drove it to dealership.dealer test drove it and itstalled again. Dealer analyzed it and said the car had a bad throttle body.new part will take a month to get and i can't drive car.

I was never told about a recall and this car frame was cracked and was never told about it from anyone front the dealer i bought it from or the company that fixed it.

I just finished a right turn and accelerated to continue down the street when my vehicle began to shake and then suddenly stalled. Then engine continued to rev up/down as i tried to get my vehicle to move out of the traffic lane but it would not go in reverse or drive. When i put my vehicle in park, then engine continued to rev up/down for almost half an hour before being shut off.

This is the second time now this has happened. I reported the first time to you guys about a year ago. I'll have to look at my paperwork i can't keep track of the problems with this vehicle. Yesterday morning i was driving to the dmv here in town. Just as i was coming around the corner a block from the dmv the escape started stalling/"heaving." i let up on the gas and the escape continued to heave for a couple of seconds then the engine felt like it was close to normal again. I pulled into the dmv parking lot and as i braked to park in a space the escape started stalling/heaving again and the vehicle shut off. I sat there for half a mi ute and decided i would try to drive the short distance to the ford dealership. I turned the engine on and the vehicle immediately started to stall/heave again. I put the vehicle in reverse and as i backed out of the space i could feel the engine become somewhat normal again. Drove straight to the ford dealership.

Driving 40 mph and my car just stalled.car stuttered, quit and wrench light came on. Luckily it was a sunday morning and roads weren't to busy. I coasted to a side road, pulled over, waited a couple minutes and restarted. I just bought this used 2010 ford escape limited a week ago.i guess i should have googled the vehicle sooner. :(

Two weeks ago i put gas in my escape and the mileage to e reader did not go up after i finished pumping the gas like it normally does. So i pushed the vapor release lock in the gas cap, and it went up to where the reader should have been, which im not sure if that is valid to the issue i am having with my escape but i just thought i would include this just in case. Anyway, later that night on my way home from the gas station is when i had my first incident with the gas pedal not working. I was accelerating up a small incline and then starting losing power and speed. So i pulled over and put my car in park and it was sputtering so i turned my car off, waited a few seconds and turned it back on. When i turned it back on i tried to push the gas pedal to see if my car would move and it worked fine, and i had no issues with it until today. Which like i said has been about two weeks since that first incident. Then this morning when i was on my way to work, it happened again. I was accelerating up a small incline and started to lose power and speed, so i pulled over turned my car off and it worked, i got about 2 miles until it did it again. So i just pulled over turned it off and back on and took off again. It probably stopped working about 30 more times within a 3 mile trip, and i finally gave up and called a tow truck to take it to my dealership where i purchased the car where they then told me that it was the throttle body actuator.

While driving on a side street, my vehicle started to decelerate for no apparent reason.i lost all motive power, and i had to pull over on the side of the road.i turned the car off, and then, after a minute, i turned the car back on again.it worked but i took it immediately to the ford dealer.they indicated that if there was no warning light on (there was none) then it would be unlikely for them to be able to determine exactly what happened.three days later, the exact same thing happened.this time on a busy highway.luckily, i was able to pull over again.again, i turned the car off, restarted it, and drove off.it was in thick traffic so we were moving slowly for the highway, but again it was between 40-50 miles/hour.i believe this is exactly like the incidents detailed in the current open investigation, pe13003, opened in february of this year.a recall of these ford escapes needs to happen immediately.it is dangerous for your car to suddenly stop for no reason especially if the suv is carried small children (mine was not).i was unaware of this issue until i did some investigation online, and the ford dealer never mentioned it to me at all when i brought it in.in fact, they said it "just might go away".they didn't appear to take the issue seriously at all.

In heavy, slow traffic northbound in right lane on i-93 south expressway in boston first saw "check braking systems" message, then engine quit and i had no brakes. Was able to pull over to shoulder and stopped car with the emergency brake. Aaa towed us to hotel, sentry ford in medford, ma took car from there to dealership service department. They informed me that the brake booster assembly was not covered, since car was about 4 mos. Past warranty. Total bill $1617.33. (does not include the cost of a 4 day rental car.)if i had not been in the right lane and in slow traffic, when the brakes failed, i would have been in very serious trouble.

Vehicle idled roughly.at a light, vehicle idled roughly, dashboard wrench icon light up, and engine stalled.this happened twice.was able to start again and drive to dealer.dealer determined it was throttle body and replaced it.

The contact owns a 2010 ford escape hybrid. While the contact's wife was driving 60 mph, an odor of fuel emitted from the vehicle without warning. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact was concerned that the failure could be attributed to nhtsa campaign number: 16v777000 (fuel system, gasoline). The dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 215,000.

I was driving down the road and the vehicle got sluggish. Would only go 35 mph and would not accelerate.i had to pull over and turn car off and turn on and the same thing kept happening.i was scared to drive the car because the speed limit is well over 35 and my car would not go faster. When i took to the ford dealership to get fixed, it was the electronic throttle body. It was fixed but when researching this online, i noticed there were many cars with the same issue.

I was at a red light and i went to excel forward, i got to about 5 or 10 mph the car jerked forward then stopped getting gas.i pushed the pedal and it just kept jerking.it was pouring rain out and i was not near a shoulder to pull over.i had to put my hazards on and call a tow truck.it was horrifying, cars were whizzing by and i had my 6 month old son in the car with me, i was trembling.once it was towed to the ford store they called me and told me it was my throttle body. Not only did i have to pay 100 bucks to get towed, and 100 bucks to my extended warranty program as the deductible, but i am also out of a car for a minimum of 2 weeks.i started doing a little research only to find out this is a very common problem.i am livid that ford has not issued a recall for a problem that could potentially be fatal and that by this point they have to be aware of.i see not reason i should have to come out of pocket for a problem the manufacturer caused. Not to mention my husband is in the military and we recently received orders across the country, what if this had happened during that cross country drive?at this point my car is still in the shop, and i am looking to possibly just trade it in, i am scared to pieces to even drive it again for fear this issue will reoccur. Something needs to be done.

Throttle body assembly engine light kept coming on and off for last 2 years then at the last times car would shut off.

When trying to get the car from stop to start the gear are not working correclty seem to skip from 2nd to 1st and studders when trying to move.

The check brake system light comes on, red brake warning light, audible alarm and brake pedal to the floor. The hev stops working and the gas motor doesn't shutoff. This has happen a number of times ford dealer "no codes found, unable to duplicate". Have had a complete brake job done, with upgraded parts as recommended. Problem still continues to come and go intermittently.talk to other ford escape hybrid owners and all seem to have the same problem with the check brake system and the pedal to the floor when brakes are applied.

While driving at 30 mph on a city street, the power brake system failed.my wife was able to eventually stop the car by pressing down as hard as possible on the brake.luckily the car stopped just before entering the intersection against a red light.she parked the car and had it towed to the dealer.we were informed that the problem was a faulty electronic brake control module (ebcm.)we were also informed that an employee at the dealer had the same problem.both failures were without warning while the vehicle was being operated. Our car has approximately 95,000 miles on it.this is a serious failure of an essential safety system within the vehicle, and appears to not be an isolated incident.i therefore believe that ford should be required to recall all vehicles subject to this catastrophic failure and repair and/or replace the defective parts at their expense.

While in motion, on two separate occasions (3 weeks apart) my brake system went out and resorted to the default emergency brake functions where i was able to engage my brakes slowly after pressing the pedal all the way down.had i been on a highway or going fast, i think i could have died.the first occasion, the mechanics told me that my brakes were fine because they went to diagnose my car and it was acting normal, but that they saw the computer error codes.i also had a picture of all my warning lights that came on the dashboard.the second time, the ford dealership once again says that nothing is wrong. This is a serious problem that needs to be addressed because i have learned i am not the first person to experience this in a ford hybrid.this isn't a small problem.this could definitely kill somebody.

Driving on onramp to highway at about 30 mph, alarms sounded and abs light, brake light, and service brakes warning came up.alarm sounded about every 5 min on way to destination.lost brakes almost completely.had to press brake pedal almost all the way to the floor for any stopping power.problem goes away after restart of engine, but returns when driving.same problem occurred 6 months ago and dealership replaced brake pedal.worked fine for 6 months, but now exactly same thing occurring.now scared to drive my own car because of brake failure.

Upon starting up the car, and after accelerating, the brake lights and anti skid lights came on and there was a chime. Upon pressing on the brakes, the brake pedal went all the way to the floor and the car did not brake. Luckily i was on a side street both times and had room to coast to a stop without hitting anything. This happened twice in the span of three days. Upon having it towed to the ford dealer, they stated the abs module had failed and they replaced it.

I was turning a corner when the car chimed three times. I thought perhaps my wife had failed to buckle her seat belt. I asked her and she said no, she had. I looked down and the dashboard had a red indicator of a brake failure and instead of the mileage it said "check brakes". When i did there was a brake failure - only by pumping really hard could i stop the car. I drove about a mile home carefully. This is the fourth brake failure. I will never drive the car again.

The contact owns a 2010 ford escape hybrid. The contact stated that the brake light illuminatedand the brake pedal failed to respond several times. The contact had to apply force to the brake pedal due to the failure. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for several repairs and the condition continued with the brake pedal failing to respond when applied. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated that the condition was common and that they were not able to replicate and diagnose the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 98,000.

When i started the vehicle in my garage on may 7th 2012 there were one audible and three visible alarms - showing a brake failure. I moved forward slightly to see if that was true and there were no brakes. Ford had the vehicle towed in and it took about 10 days to diagnose and repair - a failed pin in a brake signal wire. They replaced the wire.on sunday 4 august 2013 while driving at about 35 mph i heard a twin chime audible alarm and looked at the dashboard. There was a visible notice - check brakes. When i did - there were no brakes. I was able to stop the car by turning into a side street that was uphill and using the emergency / parking brake. There were 33,000 miles on the vehicle at that point. Ford, once again, had it towed in. Even though i explained carefully in writing what happened, when the repair shop opened on monday they wrote it up as a repeat of the original failure - so the diagnosis is suspect in my mind. After about 10 days they said it was ready - no failure found but there was some code saved in memory; they reloaded some firmware and test drove it about 20 miles a day for a week. Needless to say, i am concerned every time i drive it. It now has 33, 200 miles on it.note well - all mileages listed are accurate to within 50 miles. Consumer stated brakes have failed 4 times, safety recall 14s05 needs to serviced, possible electric power steering system fault related to the torque sensor. Detailed letter sent to dealer and will call consumer regarding vehicle. Updated 6/11/18

While driving our car, in good weather, (110,000 miles on the vehicle) flashed error message "check brake system"it lost all assisted brakes and we had to mash the brakes to the floor to brake adequately.fortunately we weren't on a highway or in any traffic otherwise this would have absolutely caused an accident.ford is saying it'll cost upwards of 5k to have the brakes fixed, it's an electronic module that they believe is defective, they aren't sure if this will fully fix the issue.i have found many other reports of the same issue with the ford escape hybrids.this should be recalled and fixed by ford as obviously any loss of brake function is unacceptable in my opinion.

The contact owns a 2010 ford escape hybrid. The contact stated that while reversing at low speeds, the brakes failed.the contact experienced the failure previously and the brake module was replaced. The vehicle was recently taken to a dealer for diagnosis where the contact was informed that the entire brake assembly would need to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The vin was unavailable. The failure and current mileages were 44,000.updated 11/01/12 ljupdated 11/01/12

Hydraulic control unit failure at 65000 miles.car was in motion, driving down the road at normal speeds. Abs, traction control, and brake indicators all lit as well as a message to check brakes all came on simultaneously.applying the brakes caused dramatically reduced braking ability (nearly none), rendering the car undrivable. Car has been meticulously serviced at the dealer since purchase.purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty and that ended last year.repair cost $2500 at the dealer.

I was driving slowly in an underground parking garage when i heard a double alarm sound. I looked at the dashboard and it had a red brake symbol and text that said check brakes. I tried them and there was noting there. I proceeded very sonly to a spot and pulling at a crawl. I pumped the brakes many times and stopped the car. After a while i started it again and there was brake warning - i drove it very slowly to the street and called ford and they sent a tow truck. It is in the dealers now. This is the third brake failure - i am very concerned for my safely and that of pedestrians and other drivers.

The contact owns a 2010 ford escape hybrid. While driving approximately 15 mph and attempting to make a turn, the vehicle lost steering ability. The vehicle was driven to an independent mechanic who determined that the electric power steering assist failed and needed replacement. The vehicle was driven to latham ford (637 columbia street ext, latham, ny 12110) and was awaiting diagnostic testing. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 231,000.

The steering assist system turns on and off at will and makes the vehicle nearly inoperable and definetly a safefty issue.

My vehicle steering is locked no movement it says steering system assistance it is binding very hard.

I was driving like 25 mph & suddenly steering got locked & i had to stopped & i turned off the engine & restarted again then it was working normal.i am afraid if it happens on highway.

The steering wheel became hard to operate when i started it up and began to drive. This now happens on occasion when the vehicle is started. There is no way to know when it may get worse and fail during a turn or at high speed. I have seen many complaints of this same problem from this same make and model online.

The electric power steering stopped working 3 times while driving my daughter had to put the flasher on and muscle the car to the side of the road the last time she was almost hit by another car. Problem first arose while driving ~60 mph on highway, there was a slight jerk of the steering wheel, as well as a dinging-alarm heard. Did not notice a warning on the dash at the time, car drove fine the rest of the day besides this quick incident. A few days later, the power steering went out upon turning right at a stop light, steering was very hard but manageable. Upon starting the car again later the same day, i noticed a message of "power steering assist fault" on my dash along with dinging heard, and no power steering at all. Drove home without power steering, forced and difficult turning. Found that there were recalls for this problem of my car, just not for my vin specifically.

Power steering: wife started car with baby in the back, and the power steering system was out. Cluster displaying "power steering assist fault". Fuse appears to be intact. Contacted ford about recall# 14s05, and multiple reps say there is no active recall, even though it's listed on the nhtsa site.

The steering stops with no warning.it first happened in 2011 with 27,259 miles and the dealership replaced the power steering column/module assy.it is happening again.there is a recall, but the dealership said our car was not part of that recall and they couldn't get the code to come up so they did nothing! this last time, my young daughter was driving!

My vehicle is covered under recall #14v284000.i have tried 4 times with local ford dealership to setup this appointment and each time gotten a run around. Dates and times i attempted to try: feb 15th at 4:07pm, feb 11, feb 8th, 2:15pm, feb 1st, at 1:45pm and jan 2nd at 2:45pm.ford is clearly trying to avoid fixing my truck and has given me excusing ranging from we will have service department call you back to no one is in the service department right now.never have they called me back once.i consider this criminal intent to avoid fixing this issue till my vehicle is over the 150,000 limit.i am expecting nhtsa to promote this case as such or i will do so with every means at my disposal.

While i was driving during colder weather suddenly it lost complete steering power this resulted in very hard steering.this occurred a few more times. There was no warning lights prior to this happening and no warning lights during thefailure.

I received an error about my steering assistant and then my steering just went out.it was extremely hard to turn the wheel and i was driving my mother home.i am lucky we weren't both killed!or killed someone else!!!i was surprised to find out that my vin isn't covered as part of the recall that involves this same issue.it will be $900 to fix and i'm unsure how to complain.ford is an upstanding company that i though stood by its products but i'm finding out that may not be the case.it is unfortunate to my family as well, since its only a few weeks until christmas but will need to pay this expense.there is a sticker on the windshield that says it was made in kansas.based on the recall in place that is the plant affected.i can send a pic of that sticker if you need it.

Powersteering light came on, power steering failed.reset by turning car off, then restart... Did this more than 4 times.

The contact owns a 2010 ford escape hybrid. While driving at low speeds, the vehicle lost steering functionality. The contact stated that the power steering required excessive effort to operate. The power steering and traction stability control warning indicators illuminated. Leif johnson ford (501 e kaenig ln, austin, tx) diagnosed that the steering column needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referenced nhtsa campaign number: 14v284000 (steering). The contact was informed that the recall was satisfied after the software was updated. The contact stated that the recall letter stated that there were three steps that were to be performed regarding the recall; however, the dealer only performed the first step. The failure mileage was 95,000. *asthe consumer wanted to add 4 questions to evoq and they are as follows: why or how, would reprogramming the pscm remedy the faulty torque sensor?why would or how could this satisfy the recall enough to close it out, all the while, the faulty torque sensor is still in myvehicle?if a software update was completed, customers should keep a faulty part in their vehicle, even though that faulty partis prone to a failure that could lead to an accident?if this is not the position held, can you confirm for me then, it seems to be the position of ford, that if thereplacement parts have a lower probability of failing, this still does not warrant an extension to the coverage for those older/original parts, is this correct?

My vehicle was in park and i started it. The 'power steering assist fault' alert sounded and displayed. I could not physically steer the car and my husband had to drive the car home. We took it to our usual mechanic, who ran diagnostics and found dtc b2278. He did not want to replace it, and suggested we look into a recall. He even provided the recall number which appeared applicable.our vehicle was manufactured at the kansas city plant during the manufacture time frame of recall 14s05, but our vin does not show eligible for the recall. We believe it should be included in recall 14s05, since that specific recall was for this exact problem, known to occur on vehicles manufactured at that plant during that timespan.i would like to know the exact reason my vehicle is not currently included in recall 14s05. I would like to know specifically which criteria is used to decide which vin numbers are eligible for this recall.

At about 6:30 pm this evening, a friend and i went to the car to go to store.we opened the back hatch and put in a couple items we were planning on returning in the back. My friend shut the back hatch and the back window shattered violently sending glass in all directions. Both of us were hit by flying glass pieces. The glass shattered in so many small pieces that it was throughout the inside of the car and covered a radius on her driveway and lawn of about ten feet. There is no logical reason why the glass should have shattered - there was no obstruction or any noticeable issue with hatch before it happened.

I was never told about a recall and this car frame was cracked and was never told about it from anyone front the dealer i bought it from or the company that fixed it.

When trying to get the car from stop to start the gear are not working correclty seem to skip from 2nd to 1st and studders when trying to move.

When trying to get the car from stop to start the gear are not working correclty seem to skip from 2nd to 1st and studders when trying to move.

The car stalls at low speed, such as stopped at light or slowing way down turning into drive way, car will just shut off,i put in park and restart the car. Can not ever tell when it will happen.now the car is jerking as i am driving it at speeds of 40-45 mph and 60-65 mph.it seems to slip or missing shifting and jerks very hard.are these two things related?.i took it into dealer and they told me they couldn't get the car to do that there, while running it while up on the lift.i want to know what i am supposed to do with this issue if i can not get it to do the same thing while at dealership and i can never know when it is going to happen while i am driving it.if this is going to keep happening, i do not want the car anymore and the deal will need to take it back.

The contact owns a 2010 ford escape hybrid. The contact stated that while attempting to park, the vehicle lunged forward and erroneously traveled over a cement parking divider. The contact mentioned that on another occasion, the vehicle lunge forward and stalled without any warning. The dealer was contacted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 50,000 and the current mileage was 50,500.

While traveling home to pa from nc on vacation, my husband was merging onto the highway when he lost all use of the gas pedal (it appeared to happen as the vehicle was shifting gears and the "wrench" light came on). Our vehicle slowly began losing speed and we had to make an emergency stop on the side of the highway with cars traveling 65-70mph around us. Once pulled off, while applying the break, the vehicle stalled. He started the vehicle up again with a rough start...we continued on our way. After reading several complaints, we are unsure why ford would not issue a recall. We called out dealership to bring the vehicle in and were told they are unaware of any issues involving the throttle body...i have an appt for monday 8/4.

My wife was traveling home and the car went from 45 mph to about 1 mph, the car was still running but when she stepped on the gas nothing happened. The car limped home. We did some investigation and found similar issues with the throttle control body. We contacted gwinnett place ford and they informed us that no recall was in place and would not correct the issue without payment. If my wife had been on the freeway at that time she would have been involved in a rear end collision.

I was braking and parking in our driveway.the car accelerated went over the edge of our driveway and struck several trees.

Closed rear hatch and glass explosively shattered into thousands of small pieces.

Parked the vehicle in my driveway. Opened the rear window to get an item from the back of my vehicle. Closed the window, and the window exploded and the glass shattered into small pieces inside my vehicle and all over my driveway. Most of the glasses remain intact on the window but was only barely hanging. The shattered pieces came mainly from both sides. It happened around 5:20pm and the temperature was around 30 degree.

I was never told about a recall and this car frame was cracked and was never told about it from anyone front the dealer i bought it from or the company that fixed it.
