I was broadside left front went i was return from the va hospital with aveteran . The van had over $6000.00 damage.but the air bags didn't deploy . I called ford to report this an i was told i had to them what the insurance was doing . I told them the gov. Was taking care of that ! i was told i could not report if i didn't know what they were going to do.
