I was driving down royal palm beach blvd, in royal palm beach, fl. Where the speed limit is 35mph. The van was tailgating and speeding and switching lanes, attempting to get around myself and a truck that was towing a trailer. He was very reckless, and almost rear-ended me on a few occasions. The dot number i got off the back is# [xxx]. The plate number is [xxx] i could not get the full name of the company on the door. But the partial name i got was "assisted/independent living"information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).
