Went to van after shopping, windshield wipers were on and dash was smoking.

No fault codes could be found after incident but problem persists. No safety defect stated.

Both bolts on manifold broke off, causing manifold to warp.

Consumer coplaining of gas leak from the hose between fuller neck and tank; dealer will not repair hose withoutcost to the consumer. Consumer believes this part should be under warranty for more the five years.

I was driving at 60 mph when i began decelerating and realized engine had shut off. I coasted to a stop. I was getting tools to check relays when i noticed fire at rear wheel, driver side, at gas tank. Called closest fire department. 6/9/06.parking brake line on fire with abs line. Had wiringrepaired. July 16,2006 brakes felt like they were locking, rear was smoking again, looked like fire at gas tank. July 17 had mechanic check all brakes which were excellent except parking brake line bent, but released. July 19, brakes locking up a little. July 20, couldn't drive without reverse/forward and still didn't want to go. I sell ice cream to little children while my van is running. Parking brakes work but won't release fully. Appeared to be vinyl lining at floor level interfering, but may have been wiring. Had a second fire on ground battery terminaland inside hood on june 16,2006 called fire department. Don't know cause. Replaced burned wiring only. All else worked. Also, it appears the leaky filler hose was never replaced on this van. Interior light had fire pattern when bought second hand. I was not aware there was a recall.

Rubber fuel hose of wrong material for diesel use, causing premature deterioration of hose and spraying fuel on engine. *tw

The check ball inside tank was corroded and stuck preventing the tank from being filled.

Gas tank fell of vehilce. Dealer notified.

Rubber hose attachment to inlet pipe to metal fuel filler tubewas corroded, anddeveloped a crack which caused a fuel leakage whentankwas being filled.

Parking brake slips off on any level surface.rachet mechanism needed to be replaced. This is was 2nd time it had happened.

Front ball joints replaced twice.needed to be done again.also, park brake replaced 3 times.

Brakes locks up; have to push accelerator hard to move vehicle; also, emergency brakes locks up intermittently.tt

While turning in a parking lot shifter disconnected, causing the vehicle not to shift out of gear. It was later determined that the shift linkage rod snapped apart inside the steering coulmn.the consumer purchased the updated parts and installed it himself.

Faulty equalizer valve caused rear brake failure/front wheel lock.

Abs valve was remove and replaced, due to failure in brake system.

While attempting to brake had to apply extra pressure, locked up, had an accident.tt

The front end of the vehicle developed vibration due to cracked rotors. The brake pads were also cracked in half.the brake pads were cracked in half but were not worn to the point of needing replacement.however new bearings and seals were replaced.photos attached.

The contact owns a 1993 ford e350. The contact stated that while driving approximately less than 60 mph the vehicle would fish tail causing the vehicle to sway left and right. The vehicle was inspected by a dealer who advised him that if everything that was connected to the steering column were repaired it may remedy the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicles idler arm that holds the belts broke and threw the belts into the engine fan. The vehicle lost power steering and power brakes. Please descri.

At approximately 35,000 miles, all the tires experienced internal seperation which allowed air pressure to penetrate between the layers.this caused bulging which was noticed by driving the vehicle.when the tires were replaced it was noted that some type of patch was applied internally to the tires to "overcome" the problems experienced with the tires, as noted.michelin should have replaced the tires at no charge as they were in danger of imminent failure!as it was, we had to pay over $ 400 to have the tires replaced.thank you for your help. We hae experienced ply separations on at least two tires on this van for the past three years.an investigation into the cuase of this problem whould be initiated. (tiresize: 245/75-r16)( dot number:tire size: 245/75-r16 )

Tread separation from body of tire at sidewall.moderate vibration proir to failure. Tire removed from service before it catastrophic failure.

In the last 18 months, three of these tires have failed on my van.the first was a blowout through the tread area with loss of tread estimated to be 4" by 8-10".the second was tread separation with loss of a 2"by 4" section of tread, third tire has suffered a tread separation approximately 24 incles long by 3"-4" wide.i did not record the dot number information on the first tire.the last two failed tires show dot md11exov305. (dot number: md11 exovtiresize: lt245/75r1)

Complete tread separation suddenly occurred on ny turnpike. All 6 tires on this vehiclewere replaced with this brand about 10000 miles ago. Concerned about possible failure ofthe other tires. Since these are not in recall, do i have to replace all at own expense?any recourse for me toward manufacturer?failure certainly was unusual and scary but did not result in injury. The contact owns a 1993 ford e350.the contact received nhtsa recall notice number 07v336000 (vehicle speed control).the notice advised him to call 1-800-444-3311 for a list of local dealers.when he called, the phone rang twice and gave a busy signal.when he called 1-800-392-3673, he was informed that they were unable to assist with motorhomes.the contact has been unable to make an appointment or find a dealer.there had been no failure to date.the current mileage was 39,000.

Cruise control stuckat 40 mph.

During brake application rounded out of turn and vehicle surged out of control twice, once resulting in an accident.

The contact owns a 1993 ford e350.the contact received a recall notice for nhtsa campaign id number 07v336000 (vehicle speed control) and ford recall number 05s28 in august of 2007.he called ford several times and they stated that the parts would be available in mid'december of 2007 and then in january of 2008.the deactivation switch was disconnected.there had been no failure to date.the current mileage was 184,000.

Passenger sideview mirror has rubber grommet being same size has exposed edge. Door/mirror cut owners finger with (9) stitches. Please describe details.tt

The windshield exhibits stress cracks.consumer states crack began at top edge of glass about 12 inches of left center and to date has progresed downward and to a right point of the rear view mirror mounting.
