Car stalls when in high speed passing gear. Turns over, will not restart. Happened multiple times. Was told by dealer this model has a history of this event.

The engine just ejected the #7 spark plug while driving straight on city, public roads and caused the car to dangerously and suddenly slow down.the car just behind me had to maneuver to avoid me.

The left turn signal works sometimes but blinks rapidly most of the time.no bulbs are burned out.sometimes the dash lights go out when the headlights are turned on and then the dash lights come back on when the headlights are turned off.sometimes the dash lights come back on even with the headlights are on but the dash lights are very dim.it is becoming more dangerous to drive when you can't count on the dash lights or turn signals working.ford has told me there is no recall for this year having a bad light control module.there was a recall for crown victoria years 2003 through 2005.my car has 111,566 miles.

I am a detective with the belleville police department, nj. We are having an ongoing problem with the ford crown victoria 2011 police intertceptor with manual seats. All our officers are reporting lower back pain due to a lower back bolster built in as part of the seat. This bolster is not adjustable. Upon bringing this problem to our local fleet dealer, we were advised that it was the design of the seat, and that even if we wanted to replace these seats with the six way power seat for the same year we were advised that ford and our insurance carrier would not allow it due to safety reasons. We have reached out to other police departments if they are having the same problem with these seats, and i am currently building a database of other departments. Please contact our department to be included. Thank you.

Rental 2011 ford crown victoria. Consumer writes in regards to vehicle seating *tgwthe consumer stated none of the seats had any lumbar support, there was no leg room and there was also inadequate headrest support in case of an accident.

The headrests on the 2011 ford crown victoria are causing the officers to have neck problems.the headrest is so large and does not adjust forward and backward, it is pushing their heads forward and down, as you know they spend at least 8 hours in their vehicles each shift.since we have purchased the 2011 crown vics we have had nothing but complaints.it is very uncomfortable and unsafe for the officers to be driving under these conditions.

My police department issued me a 2011 ford crown victoria around september of 2011.ever since, i have spent countless hours adjusting the seat in an attempt to keep my mid-lower back from hurting. I learned that there is a metal bar installed in the seat causing the issues.once the bar is adjusted, the seats aren't as bad.i also have had a great amount of trouble with neck pain.i have since had to see a doctor about this.the head rests that are in the vehicle are causing my head to be pushed forward and straining the muscles in my neck.i'm shocked to learn that this hasn't already been a recall for ford.

I live in the state of florida, and in may 2013, i purchased a former wisconsin police vehicle, 2011 crown victoria from van horn motors of milwaukee in wisconsin. Approximately one month later, after discovering rust particles on my garage floor, i noticed the entire undercarriage, including but not limited to the intermediate steering shaft, mufflers and brake lines are completely covered in rust. This problem was brought to the attention of the dealership via emails with numerous photos attached. No reply was ever received, nor was this problem made aware to me either by landline, email or any other form of communication. In july and part of august 2013, i took it upon myself to physically wash, wire brush, sand, pressure wash, prime and paint the entire undercarriage. Since i had to this while lying underneath the vehicle the whole process took me five days to complete and approximately $250.00 in equipment usage, purchases and labor. Before and after photos are available effective immediately. I really would like to know, either from the national highway traffic safety administration, the center for auto safety and/or ford motors, how i can please be reimbursed?
