Ejected #4 spark plug
My 2000 ford e-150 chateau wagon spit a spark plug for which ford has given me an estimate of $3,000 to repair.i was informed my my towing company that this is a very common problem that they see quite regularly with fords equipped the triton engine.
Driving on highway engine just cuts off. Had to be towed off highway. Luckily no accident. Replaced cam position sensor twice in about 14 month's have both old sensors available.
Consumer is having problems with some of the adaptive equipment on the vehicle, consumer states that the hydraulic adaptive steering system is erratic, the gas and brake controls are malfunctioning, and the make shift power pan broke and consumer has to prop himself up with cushions, dealer has had many times to correct these problems, however has not found any remedies.

I was issued a recall for my ford van in august 2007 for a speed control defect and ford promptly ran out of parts.i have been calling the dealer since and they promise parts "next month" but the next month doesn't seem to come.the recall number is 05s28.
