Transmission making grinding noises. Not shifting into gear. Was replaced twice. After each replacement, noise would reappear. Been to transmission shop, but not dealer.
Consumer was traveling about 70mph onhighway andheard a noise. Vehicle was stradling from lane to lane, and thenrolled over.two children were ejected from vehicle.rear driver's side tire blewout, and the tread came completly off.tire was goodyear.
Tread detached from tire at 70 mph. Casing retained pressure, so was able to come to safe stop and then drive slowly on shoulder to freeway exit.( dot number: tire size: p235/75r15 )
