Consumer has a 1989, tioga ford chassis class c.first incident happened 8-9months on the inside left.second time right inside tire on a set of duell tires tread completely ripped off. Tire size lt215/85r16, dot#ad0p-9kk-315. Approximate mileage 5-10,000 miles. General tire paid about half the cost of replacing the failed tires in settlelment of consumer's claim.
