After inspecting the vehicle, the contact noticed that the outer rear driver side lug nuts sheared off the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician was unable to diagnose the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and offered to pay for the repairs. The vehicle was repaired. The failure mileage was 11,000 and the current mileage was 20,000.
