Consumer was traveling about 55mph on highway and wife looked out throughwindow and saw residue from tire, that damaged vehicle while driving, consumer had control of vehicle, andwas able to pull over and change the tire. Travel load range was dst225 75d 15.conusmer contacted manufacturer about the tire and damage to vehicle and was informed to send in all the necessary paperwork because the tire had a two year warranty, however consumer received a denial letter stating it was past two years, consumer also expereinced tread separation on a previous tire.
