2007 fleetwood nitrous hyperlite purchased on may 11, 2006.the axle & tires of this trailer had been hitting the undercarriage/wheel well hard enough to break the floor, cabinets, & sink. The axles were also pounding on the water tank underneath.back to dealer june 2006 due to damage that was occurring to interior cabinets.the dealer could not determine what was causing this damage to occur.july we returned for repairs, the dealer with fleetwood recommendations put different spring shackles on it, replaced the floor & cabinets.september we made one trip and the axles were pounding on the water tank; tires were hitting the wheel well/floor.trailer traveled crooked down the road''2 feet off from front to rear.tie downs pulled completely off the floor. Back to dealer october could not get authorization for repairs - fleetwood could not determine the fix.sat at the dealer for a month. Fleetwood '' thought reversing the axles and raising the floor would work-but makes rear ramp to short. Repairs not completed.november - dealer received authorization from fleetwood to put 2 hours of diagnostic work. Dealer indicated they had no idea how to fix this problem.fleetwood customer care - told that they would have to determine if we had overloaded trailer.should carry 2900 lbs of cargo. Our load = 600 lbs. Fleetwood indicated that if the dealer could not repair this problem '' trailer would have to be returned to fleetwood/texas for repairs.dealer took delivery of (2) 2007 fleetwood nitrous hyperlites with axles & tires hitting undercarriage, water tank & wheel well during transit. Dealer determined that these trailers could not hold more than 700 lbs of cargo. Water tank = 100 gallons '' just filling the water tank overloads.dealer refused to put these trailers on sale lot until repairs could be determined.trailers have serious design flaw that can cause extreme damage/accident.
The contact owns a 2007 fleetwood nitrous hyperlite. The contact stated that while parked, the contact noticed that the wood on the walls were warped and causing the frame to separate. In addition, the expanded wood caused the trim to detach. The trailer was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was not available.
Dt*: the contact stated the roof developed a leak and flooded the camper. There was mold and mildew in the camper.the dealership determined a crack in the caulking seam on top of the trailer 4 ft long caused the leak.the travel trailer was a 2007, fleetwood, nitrous hyperlite.
The contact owns a 2007 fleetwood nitrous 230 fsx hyperlite toy hauler.the contact stated that the vehicle weaves when a semi-truck passes or when the vehicle drives over uneven pavement, which makes it difficult to control.the dealer advised the contact to add 600 lbs. To the front cargo area, which was contrary to what was stated in the owner's manual.in addition, the frame of the vehicle was bent.the contact does not have the work order from the dealer.the dealer also informed him to place extra outriggers on the vehicle.the current and failure mileages were 6,500.
