Driver and passenger seatlbelts do not pull tight, they always hang loose because of a defect in the upper wallmount/guide and the lack of tension in the seatbelt tensioner. Because the guide does not swivel, the belt gets stuck in the corner and loses all tension. Even if you get it unstuck, the tensioner is inadequate and will not pull back the belt. This is a huge safety issue.
