The contact owns a 2006 karavan utility trailer (na).on two different occasions, while driving 55 mph, the front passenger side u-bolt snapped.the axle is currently loose.the dealer was notified, but has not determined the cause of the failure.the u-bolt snapped for the second time on march 13, 2008.the failure occurred when driving over a bump in the road.the u-bolt and fender were replaced the first time, and only the u-bolt the second time.no other vehicle information was available.
