The contact owns a 2000 fleetwood american tradition rv. Thecontact stated the chassis ball joints had failed. There was also unknown grease leaking from the ball joints. The ball joints were replaced and the manufacturer provided assistance by covering the labor charges. Within 11,000 miles, the ball joints failed a second time. The manufacturer advised they would send the ball joints at no charge but would not assist with labor charges. The contact was awaiting a decision from the manufacturer of the chassis itself to determine if any assistance would be provided with labor charges. The contact stated he believes the failure should be recalled. He has spoken to several owners of the same make and model vehicle who have experienced the same exact failure. The failure mileage was approximately 67,000 and the current was unknown.updated 10/27/10. *lj
