Radiator has been replaced three times.58,000 miles on the rv.seems to develop leaks over a period of time.just not made well.

The exhaust system separated between the turbo and the particulate filter on the cummins diesel engine. This is in a spartan rv chassis. The heat from the exhaust leak due to the flexible exhaust bellows caused extensive thermal damage.see nhtsa recall 16v-313 as that recall describes the problem exactly.

Reference nhtsa recall 16v-313and previous submission 11344194.our motorhome with a spartan chassis suffered an exhaust bellows failure exactly described in recall 16v-313.it is of the correct vintage and type described by 16v-313. Spartan chassis company refuses to make repairs or honor the recall 16v-313. They claim that our unit is excluded from this recall yet will not explain how or why it is not compliant with the recall.we fit within the time, dates and vins described. Spartan refuses to explain why the recall is not being honored despite the failure being a picture perfect example of the recall situation.can you help me get an answer from them?

The contact owns a 2013 entegra anthem. The contact stated that the automatic jacks detached from the vehicle and the door opened when operating the rv. In addition, water entered through the roof and windshield. The contact stated that the vehicle was previously serviced under nhtsa campaign number: 13v33000 (visibility), but the remedy failed to repair the vehicle. The vehicle continued to allow water in after the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 1,400.
