Chrysler corp. Will not cover the repairs to my vehicle under mfg campaign #728 (nhtsa campaign #97v073002). Chrysler claims my vehicle was not included as part of the recall.we've pulled the defective guide rail out of the vehicle and the cable did drop out of the chamber resulting in the shoulder belt anchorage becoming stuck. I am very unsatisfied with the way in which chrysler has handled my complaints as i feel this is not a minor mechanical defect but a major safety defect in the vehicle.

Driver's shoulder belt does not move at all. But can hear the mechanism moving. But not shoulder belt which won't protect the occupant in event of an accident.

Passenger door does not close properly.
When trying to open the side sliding door, the door opens and falls right off. Dealer has fixed the vehicle 4 times.
Excess lubrication caused the rubber door latch switch cover to deform/door latch switch to malfuction, so that the automatic shoulder belt anchorage would remain at a-pillar when the door was closed, prior to recall; recall repairs refused due to wrong vin number(97v-063).

The driver's side door has busted loose from the top hinge. You cannot open or close the door for fear of coming off the bottom hinge also.
Door fell off after very mild usage.soft metal hinge used in maufacturing.
When getting out of the car, the driver's side door fell off. The only thing holding it were the bottom hinges.
The rear latch that holds the sliding door broke off.when opening the door, it falls off the car. The dealer is aware of the problem. The problem has not been corrected.
