The contact owns a 2017 drv mobile suite estates fifth wheel trailer. While driving approximately 55 mph, the contact noticed that the front passenger side brakes started to fail. The contact pulled over at a rest stop and discovered that the brake caliper on the passenger side had detached. The contact drove the vehicle to an independent mechanic and had the brakes repaired. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 6,000. The vin was invalid.consumer stated old caliper is not available as it detached somewhere along the road.
