The brake caliper on right front wheel fell off and jammed inside the aluminum wheel rim. On examination, both bolts holding the caliper had fallen out.also one bolt on left front brake caliper had fallen out and one bolt on left rear caliper was loose.i was south-bound on interstate 91 at mile 5 in springfield, ma traveling 45 mph.we stopped and waited for mobile repair to alleviate enough of the damage to allow us to get off the highway and the spent three days waiting on parts and final repairs. The resulting damage was destroyed caliper and pads on right front, destroyed caliper mounting bracket on right front, damaged rim on right front, damaged pads on left front.bolts used to secure the caliper have loctite on threads.on review of drv owner forum i found another owner who had the same problem.components involved are assembled at drv in howe, in and include kodak caliper, bolted to morryde independent suspension, mounted on dexter 8000 lb axle.
