Dealer refuses to fix center seat belt in the front when recall states dealer will replace front safety belts.
Seat belts could not be replaced as per recall after appointment was made.
Recall does not apply to vehicle but seat belts are broken and are takata manufacturer offers no assistance.ttthe latch plate cannot be inserted into the buckle, dealer looked up vin and stated there were no recalls.
