Dealer refused to honor warranty.

There is a split in the steering wheel where the driver side airbag is showen due to applying the brakes for emergency stops. Dealer has not seen.

Ignition cylinder re-keyed due to vehicle not starting.
Anti-theft alarm is too sensitive, causing alarm to go off for no reason.

Wiring in passenger door panel is loose, causing insided lights to fail when door is opened.
Water pump replaced due to leak.
Oil pan gasket failure prior to recall (89v-237), causing oil to leak.*skd
Engine pulley broke.
Recall no- 89v237000,consumer contacted dodge mfr. They were told that their vehicle was not affected by this recall. The valve cover gasket needs to be replaced.consumer states vehicle was taken back 3 times to fix the problem.
Oil pan gasket failed twice.
Continuous oil leak problems after 8 repair attempts.
Driving at approximately 15-20 mph engine died out. Rear coil spring came out which disabled vehicle. Dealer replaced rear left coil spring which was missing. Rear axle which was rusted/springs/shocks/right spring broke. Replaced bar, spring parts and brake cable.
Vehicle stalls intermittently.
Broken belt replaced.
Map sensor failed, causing vehicle to stumble/hesitate.
Multi-function switch block wire shorted out.

While driving 35 mph the vehicle's fuel rail began to leak causing a fire hazard.the consumer inspected similar vehicle's and noticed the same type of failure.

On ocasion the spedomteor will not operate, then spontainusly start up anywhere from 1 min. To 1 day later. Spedomoter also shows speed at 3-6 miles under cars actual speed.

The contact owns a 1990 dodge dynasty. While the contact was driving between 35-40 mph, the transmission would remain in second gear until the engine was turned off. The engine restarted and resumed normally. In addition, when accelerating from a complete stop the transmission exhibited a jerking motion. The vehicle was taken to a transmission shop for diagnosis. Consumer received recall 96v099000 concerning abs brake failure. Abs brake light came on and stayed on.after driving 45 mph, consumer smelled a burning odor.consumer left the vehicle, but saw nothing burning.after getting back into the vehicle, and when pressingthe brakes,consumer felt a pulsing sensation. Also, vehicle had four transmissions installed.
Broken shift cable replaced.
Transmission sticks in ist and 3rd gears/fails to shift out of overdrive/downshifts from third or 4th gear into 1st/overdrive into 2nd gear.
Transmission locks into second gear, also fails to go into reverse gear.*aw
When shifting into gear, transmission would not shift into 3rd gear, stayed in 2nd gear.
The shift lever becomes stuck in low gear, and the engine would not cut off cause unknown.please give any further details.

Transmission planetary gearis not feedng adequately lubricant towheels in front which causes them to lock up.vehicle was at dealership & checked out by mechanic. Was going to charge for design problem. Transmission was replaced in 1998.
The driver's seatbelt adjuster broke which will prevent the seatbelt from fitting correctly on the occupant. Will notprotect the occupant in event of an accident.

Passenger rear caliper seized last year, parts $795. Driver rear caliper now seized.ongoing abs issue since purchase, hydraulic pump starts for normal stops 90% of time.all dodge dealers/chrysler 800 service denies any service recalls.
Anti lock brakes failed several times, consumer had system taken out due to expense and continual failure.
The abs system failed and driver went through red light with no brakes. I am a friend of colledge student who is a friend of my sons, so i am kind of in the middle attempting to get this serious problem fixed. I know the car is old and chrysler says no recall is in effect now but this car has abs recalls and we want to know if chrysler should contribute to the resolution of this obvious defect?

Vehicle experienced the same defect with its abs as stated in recall 96 v 099 000, but it was notincluded in recall due to vin.
While driving at 30 mph went to applythe brakes and the abs brakes failed, causing the consumer to go around another vehicle and the vehicle slowed down. The consumer took the vehicle to the shop for repair service, and the dealer took care of the problem replacing the wire that had corrosion

Consumer stated whiledrivingdriver side wheel just poppedoff.she was in the right hand lane and not driving fast, so she was able to pull to the side,and called a tow truck.consumer tookvehicle to the dealer to have it checked, and nothing was found to be wrong.
