Engine leaks oil.

Brake lights failed.

Fuel hose/lines allow for air to go into diesel lines, no leaks present, design defect.

The fuel filter clogs but there is a short bypass hose to the middle level of the tank, when the filter clogs the system receives unfiltered through the bypass hose, when the level goes below 1/2 tank. The pump sucks air and the system shuts down for lack of fuel. This is a design flaw and not a critical safety problem but it does affect safety to an extent. I.e. You think you have a half tank of gas. But it may stop at any time without warning.o in heavy traffic lor on the rail road tracks.

Gas gaugeis failing to operate.the fuel gauge started not functioning properly at about 42000 miles.also the lighted low fuel indicator comes on all time.

Hood latch failure. Hood popped open and smashed the roof on my truck.first daimler chrysler said they would not cover it because i recieved a recall notice (which i didn't)and also the place that i had the recall fixed to begin with will not fix my vehicle.i have had this hood latch replaced once already in june 2001 ( or so i thought) when the hood blew open the first time.

Transmission problems every since i bought it and now the overdrive is out.

Overdrive failed.

Cable that controls the selection of transmission movement is mounted through the front firewall next to the battery on the postive post and the cable p/n 52079293 corroded all the way throught and could not select the gear position of which to move the van, bad design model mark iii 1995

Transmission downshifts when gas pedal is released.

Transmission cooler lines leak.

Front differential failed three times.

Consumer was seated in the middle of a bench seat during a head on collision and was badly injured by the rear view mirror mounted to the top of the interior, there was no upper body restraint and no air bag to protect her from the rear view mirror, consumer believes the rear view mirror needs to be changed, or there should be more restraint provided for the passengers taht are seated in the middle.nlm

Driver and passenger shoulder belts are too tight across the chest. *tw

Brakes fail under prolonged use.*aw

Brakes make popping sound when applied. *dsh

Vehicle towed because it had failure of brake lines...(rusted in half).this should have never occurred in a closed system.no water was able to get into the system.if the brake lines rusted in half as is what occurred enabling loss of brake fluid...this would result in failure of the vehicles braking system.this type of failure would put all of the public at risk as failure could occur at any time.fortunately, my vehicle was being towed to a dodge dealer for replacement of the brake lines as they rusted in half in a very short time frame.

Brake vacuum booster system failed, causing brakes to fade. *dh

Left front tie rod is attached to a steering control rod with sleeve, adjusting sleeve disconnected which caused vehicle to loose control and go off road.

Consumer got in car with grand daughter put on seat belt and locked, door consumer start driving the truck, little girl attemped to open door and it opened.tt

Fuel guage sending unit failure.my fuel guage only points empty and the low fuel lite is always lit even with a full tank of fuel.

Mirror failed.
