While driving owner smelled a burning odor.when van was checked for theproblem, the ignition swtich / fusible link and connectors were found burned. They were replaced at owner's expense.*ml
Intermittent failure of ignition switch to turn over, also a/c window blower/power windows/parking brake lights failed due to burned two terminals in switch.
Wiring under steering column overheat, causing smoking and melting of plastic collar, when blower motor is operated on high for over a few minutes.very similar as '94 truck recall #00v135000.reported to dealer and was told wire heating was normal.
Fan motor is drawing too much current when a/c is on high, causing insulation to melt, resulting in a fire hazard.tsb remedy does not work.part has been replaced 3 times. Switch was smoking indicating imminent fire hazard.

Speed sensor part had broken twice. Bolt attaching the piece to transmission would severly crack across it instead of up & down.distance speed sensor (speedometer/odometer) part was 5602.7014. Have taken to dealer 3 times & the part was replaced 3 times. The bolt cracked across its diameter in a cpmplete circular piece.

The rear passenger(captain seat) the red release button broke it is the plastic.tt
Brake pedal goes to the floor at any speed.vehicle does slow down, but not fast enough. If someone suddenlycrosses in front of vehicle, he would be hit. Please provide any further information.
Paint is peeling on several location on this van i understand this is a large problem with dodge vehicles i am concerned the windshield may pull away with the peeling paint and loose bond. I have contacted dodge about this they offered to pay for halve a paint job but it was no faullt of mine that the paint is falling off this 30,000 dollar van. No safety defect mentione din summary.
Throttle position sensor failed, causing sudden acceleration.
