The clip of the top of the seat belt is stuck to the retractor and will not come out at all.please fill in additional information dealer is aware of the problem.
While i was driving to work in my 2010 dodge ram 2500 diesel pickup truck, i heard a hissing noise coming from the brake pedal area.once at work, i looked up the dodge forums (www.cumminsforum.com (21 posts) and www.dieselbombers.com (7 posts)) on in the internet and found entire discussions on this very common issue.the comments suggested that there are hoses that tie the steering and the brakes together that are faulty from the dodge supplier that need to be replaced.i called the dealer to schedule an appointment to get it fixed.they advised not to drive the truck for fear of failure of the brakes and/or steering.i inquired whether it was covered under warranty or recall and they replied no.i was charged $499.39 for the replacement of the hydroboost/power steering pressure hoses and power steering flush due to steering fluid over heating.if this is occurring as often as the forum suggests and the dealership is recommending not driving the vehicle due to safety issue - how is this not a warranty or recall issue?please investigate.
