Vin #'s are loaned from cruise car, a florida golf cart manufacturer, marketed and sold by moke america, a company that does not own the moke trademark, moke america has franchised dealers for their cars and direct sales to consumers. But they are defrauding customers as the vehicles are not moke. Furthermore, the vehicles are ordered from china as complete assembled units and marketed as made in america by moke america as if it was a car manufacturer. Moke america also loans vin numbers from cruise car and then has cars imported from china direct to dealers, asking them to stamp a cruise car vin number on each. Disclaimer: we are moke usa, a subsidiary of moke international and the global manufacturer of moke. We are attempting to manage the moke america situation through trademark and civil law. Ultimately, the infractions are with nhtsa and we need your support. Customers are getting defrauded throughout the united states daily with these chinese cars. Lastly, we have photographic evidence of this company also selling moke's with chinese chery fuel engines in them; that do not meet epa standards. Happy to share more info.
