The contact stated that the wire was exposed due to the wire rubbing on the tire. In addition, the cabin was filled with a grey smoke and a burning odor was detected. The contact was able to manually move the wire and installation to the wire. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 18v217000 (service brakes, electric). Rocky mountain rv (12700 central ave se, albuquerque, nm) was contacted, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The vin was invalid. There was no mileage.
