The contact owns a 2007 country coach mpv low profile dump trailer.the vehicle weighed14,000 pounds.on april 23, 2007 the contact was loading the trailer and bumped into a section of the tailgate.the tailgate fell off.he looked at the well , and noticed that the metal was improperly fused together.the contact checked the entire trailer, and noticed that a large number of wells were improperly attached.he took pictures of the trailer.the dealer referred him to appalachian manufacturer incorporation. He spoke with a representativeat the manufacturer , who stated that he would pick up the trailer.also, the contact stated that the spring shackle on the inside passenger side of the frame was not properly welded, and multiple cross members were cracked.
