The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact called the manufacturer at 855-262-3540 where it was advised that the part would be sent out however, the contact had not received the replacement fire extinguisher. The contact had not experienced a failure. The vin was not available.
