We purchased this travel trailer (new) 3 years ago. Since then we have had several issues and had to take it in for service several times. It has a total of 17 work orders and is still not repaired. The axles and tires have clearly not lined up since the day we bought it. We have asked the service department to look at it several times and each time have been told there is nothing wrong with the axles, except one time they said they were put on upside down. The tires do not line up and we are very concerned that we are experiencing structural damage. The floor has had to be replaced and now some of the tires are completely bald and others look practically brand new. At this point we are afraid to drive tow it. It also does not tow "evenly". It pulls to one side. We've attempted to reach out to coachmen, the manufacturer ofthe axles, and the camper sales team (where we bought it and have taken it every time for service) to help with this ongoing issue. We were just told by the salesmen where we purchased this camper that we will be taking at least a $10,000 loss on this trailer even with trading it in for another camper through them. This camper has had issues since the day we purchased it. I don't really care about the "little" things, but this is a serious structural issue that has been dismissed time and time again. The camper does not tow straight, some of the tires are bald, and the tires clearly do not line up appropriately.
