Frame cracking in numerous locations. Leaf spring mount cracked and separated from frame. Spring mount separation happened while driving on road
The deadbolt lock on my door jammed and could not be unlocked. The inside manual lock also is jammed. I went online to order a replacement and found a recall( #13e039) by the nhtsa on these locks. The manufacturer, fastac industries corp. Agreed to replace the defective cylinders. First, i was never notified of the recall. Second, i cannot contact fastec. They do not reply to emails and a phone call gets an answering machine message to leave your number and they will call you. Which they will not do. Third, why can recalls not be looked up by recall number on your website, safercars.gov? the vehicle was parked when this happened.
