In the beginning, it began with the airbag light intermittent views. But quickly, a few kilometers later this light remained lit permanently. At the time, the cruise control works once on three, and then after nothing. The airbag light remains lit continuously, the cruise control does not work, and worse the horn is inoperative. I can no longer take the vehicle. I called the chrysler dealer in my region who told me that this will be charged at around 300 euros because my vehicle is not affected by the recall of the chrysler voyager for those same failures. It is then by searching on the internet i came across your sitesorry for my approximate english. I speak better french.note: i write from france, but my country is not listed bellow, so i am to choose a town and phone number from america to fit the formula.

Airbag light intermittent will driving.

The failure came suddenly. One day, while driving, the airbag light illuminated and then was extinguished a few minutes after. The second or third time it on remained lit permanently.i immediately reported to the garage in which i bought the car on occasion. Could find the failure. He asked me to go directly to the chrysler dealer.the failure has not repaired, even the cruise control and the horn are inoperative. I can no longer take the vehicle. I called the chrysler dealer in region to talk him about it. He told me that this failure, without any other failure will be charged around 300-350 euros because my car is no longer on safety warranty and it is also not affected by the recall of the chrysler voyager for those same failures. The charge is very expensive for me. It is then i try to find help on internet that i came across your website.that is my entire problem. Three major problems: 1 - airbag light illuminated permanently2 - speed control (cruise control) non functional3 - horn inoperative

I was driving slowly(30 mph), didn't even hit a bump.my airbag deployed on the passenger side, hitting my son in the face. He wasn't hurt, but we were very scared.

While driving 60 mph on the highway vehicle wouldn't shift and suddenly decelerated. Vehicle was taken to the dealer, who stated that problem could be in the engine or the computer, but was not able to determine the problem.

I have 2003 chrysler voyager mini-van le that both of the rear red covers separated from their rear light assemble. The weather temperature was about 90 degrees in los angeles, california. The red covers unglued from the rear light assemble and fall off the van during driving the van.

On the evening of nov 19, 2005, the headlights on my 2003 chrysler voyager minivan flickered on and off while driving home.this happened again on the evening of nov 20, 2005.i took the car in to my mechanic on nov 21, 2005, and they could not recreate the problem nor could they identify the cause of the problem.i drove the car for about a month without a repeat incident, but last week (around fourth week in dec) the same thing happened again.i plan to take the car to the dealer next week.i am submitting this complaint because i have read online that there is an ongoing government investigation into this problem with 2001 and 2002 model year chrysler minivans, and i want to go on record as experiencing this problem with a 2003 model year minivan.i may be significant that i purchased my 2003 minivan in nov, 2002, very early in the 2003 model year.

I am disappointed that 24 hours after purchasing a brand new chrysler voyager, i find out that the single most important element in auto safety in the instance of a crash is defective. How am i to feel about strapping in my 12 year old daughter or wife in a vehicle with equipment that could result in their death or serious injury?

Recently i noticed the brake pedal was "spongy"- i inspected the brake system and found a steel portion of left rear brake line assembly rusted and leaking. The line fell apart completely during removal. The line assembly was replaced. I do have the old line assembly for inspection.this vehicle has brakes that wear out more frequently than any other vehicle i've ever owned. I've had to replace the front brakes twice and the rear brakes and wheel cylinders in less than 60,000 miles. When i try to obtain replacement parts for the front brake system i invariably receive the wrong parts- i have to get parts listed for a 4 cyl. Vehicle even though mine is a v-6. I have tried several name-brand parts manufacturers and all have the same issue. I believe my vehicle was assembled at the factory with the wrong front brake system which is underrated and results in premature wear.i have also, on a previous occasion, had an issue with an "abs" light and "brake" light coming on- even though my vehicle does not have anti-lock brakes. At that time there were no leaks or other faults to cause the warning lights. I was forced to pay the dealer to "re-flash" the computer which was improperly programmed by the manufacturer. The manufacturer had a tsb for this condition and i believe there should not have been a charge to correct a manufacturing defect.this vehicle has had several brake system problems which should not be occurring on a vehicle with less than 60,000 miles!

The contact owns a 2003 chrysler voyager.the contact stated that she heard noise coming from the brakes when she applied pressure.the vehicle was taken to private mechanic who advised the contact to replace the front brakes.neither the dealer nor the manufacturer was notified of the failure nor was the vehicle repaired.the current and the failure mileages were unknown.

The contact owns a 2003 chrysler voyager.the contact stated that the vehicle's brake pads have been replaced six times since the vehicle was purchased in january of 2004.the engine size was unknown.the current mileage is 55,428 and the failure mileage was unknown.

I had about 36,000 miles on my van.i don't live on dirt roads, all pavement driving.i could feel the front end wobbling.i took the vehicle in for service and it was determined that both outer tyrods were about ready to break.both outer tyrods were replaced at my expense.i still have the parts

There is a water leak through the steering column down to the driver's side carpet floor. The water tends to make the accelerator and brake pads wet. Also, steering columntends to make a clicking sound whenever the vehicle is being driven.

Consumer receivedrecall 04v386000 concerningpower steering.dealer refused to do the work.

2003 chrysler voyager's front bumper cracked during the cold winter months.*mr

So i was driving down the road and i heard a noise from the rear end of the van mind you the speed limit is 45mph here. I drive it to the nearest shop to have them look at it , they came in and told me i'm lucky to have made it this far as ( the rear chassis has broke! ) this is a safety issue and needs to be addressed just like ford motor company did with their vans !!!i have heard about other voyager vans having this issue in salt belt states .

The plastic molding that covered the front bumper cracked .the cracking of that molding was caused by the cold weather (below 10 degree f). Consumer was concerned that pieces of the cracked bumper my causes damage to the front windshield or to the tires while driving. Dealer was notified.

The right side sliding door had no way of stopping. As a result, the driver's arm was injured when the door slammed shut.the driver sprained wrist.

There is a knocking noise on front passenger's axle andmoderate vibration that only occurs when the vehicle goes over 40 mph. Dealership indicates that the sway bars are bent, and the bushingsare bad.

While the vehicle was parked in the driveway, the consumer noticed that the rear passenger window had blown out.the design of the windows support for the glass over the body rubber cushions, caused the glass to vibrate and shatter. *scc
