Totaled my 1997 concorde on 4/6/03 and the air bags didn't deploy.the conclusion of chrysler investigation was, i wasn't going fastenough for the air bags to deploy.i hit the guard rail and concretewall at about 60 mph.how fast did i have to be going to have them deploy???

Intermittently, the air bag warning light comes on, the dealership has not been able to correct this problem.

While driving at 40 mph the vehicle collided with another vehicle head on.the consumer suffered a herniated disc in the back and leg and leg muscle sprains.the police arrived and cited the consumer for driving in a safety zone.the consumer was wearing a seat belt at the time but the airs bag did not deploy.

Passenger side airbag cover has delaminated from metal portion. Appears to be unsafe passenger condition.

Driving 55mph in rainy weather when vehicle hydroplaned.spun across 5 lanes & hit barrier w/passenger's side. Then spun & hit right rear. Upon impact,neither air bag deployed. Mechanic said should have deployed due to location of impact.

My vehicle, driven by my step son, crossed the median, spun around and slammed backwards into a power pole.he hit with enough force to push the rear bumper and the trunk in almost 3 feet and yet the air bag didn't deploy.the sudden stop broke the front seat loose from the floor and ripped his glasses off his head and flung them into the back window. Fortunately he had his seat belt on, or the recoil would have sent him the forward momentum from the recoil would have sent him through the front window. Still the air bag did not deploy.the accident is still under investigation and it is unclear whether he was unconscious for a brief period of time from the accident.

Booster seat tether strap anchor was installed to the left of the "third" light located in the middle of the deck lid - by the dealer i bought the car from - yesterday, 2/5/02.this would cause the booster seat tether strap to rest at an angle when hooked to the anchor.dealer says the anchor was installed where chrysler instructed them.contacted chrysler and they referred me back to the dealer and suggested i get a second opinion from another chrysler dealer.contacted nhtsa rep. And he said that the tether strap anchor should be installed directly behind the booster seat so that the tether strap rests in a straight line.help!i'm getting the runaround and all i want to do is ensure i've met all the safety requirements for my daughter should we ever get in an accident.the tether strap anchor is still installed - at an angle to the booster seat and i will leave it that way as proof until someone contacts me with instructions/contacts of what i should do next.right now my daughter is still using the harness within her booster seat so we have time until she reaches a point where the tether strap is absolutely necessary.

I went to credit cars to purchase a vehicle kind-of last minute. Their salesman "alfredo" told me i needed some one to sign for "job liability." i told him i did not have nor want a co-signer. He assurred my friend/job liability signer, candace gulick, that she would not be a co-signer. We later found out that he lied. When i drove my car off the lot, credit cars and i had an agreement to fix the non-operating gages. They attempted to fix them 4 times.(1 at credit cars, 3 at cal-rich automotive) after 4 attempts and no luck, thomas from credit cars told me to fix the 2 problems with my own money, and because it was electrical he didn't have to fix it. We had an agreement before i bought the car. (the 2nd problem was i opened my sunroof once and it never closed again.) because of the sunroof not closing my upholstery molded and was ruined. I decided to take a trip a couple of hundred miles away and the transmission went out 10/15/2004 and left me stranded. This was only after having the car for almost 2mos. I had a pre-paid lawyer service write them a letter and all i received were harrassing phone calls at my last job. I spent almost $700.00 of my own money to try and get home when the "new" car left me stranded. Mind you that i am a 21yr old female and i was alone.

There were serious safety defects.the a/c turns on even if locked out, the driver's door leaked, the dash lights blink on/off without control (all gauges), and the airbag light, lights up. Bf the trunk would open due to moisture in the air, at night, the window would steamup completely in seconds, and the speedometer would quit. *sc

Dealer refused to honor the remaining existing warranty that was left on the car.

Consumer had the power assist: secondary: control module switchreplaced and then it went dead. Took to a dealer, and dealer was unable to find the problem.also, battery has been replaced 3 times in 4 months, alternator replaced, body controller rebuilt twice.*ml

Horn button design is very small and difficult to find. Mjs

Horn button too small- is about the size of a dime. Both my wife and myseld have been in near accident situations that could have been avoided if we could rapidely locate the horn button. It is almost impossible to locate in a hurry. The entire steering wheel needs to be recalled and replaced with one that has the horn button that can be activated over a wider portion of the wheel.

The contact owns a 1997 chrysler concorde.the contact stated that he can remove the key from the ignition without placing the vehicle into park.the dealer stated that the issue was repaired in 2004, but has recently recurred.the contact will check with the manufacturer for assistance.the failure mileage was 96,000.

While driving at 30 to 35 mph smelled fire and saw smoke coming from under the hood due to the engine catching on fire. Consumer pulled to the side. Fire department put the fire out.vehicle was totaled.

Dt:the consumer indicated that thetiming chain broke without warning.this has happened three times and each time the consumer had to have the vehicle towed to the dealer to be repaired.the manufacturer said there is no recall on this.the consumer said that the engine always gets real hot and stalls.she forced to pull off the road in a dangerous places.

Heat is poor and windows steamed up when driving, could not duplicate concerns

The contact owns a 1997 chrysler concord. The contact stated while driving at a speeds of 45 mph, engine coolant, water and steam poured from under the dashboard and into the interior cabin of the vehicle without warning. Both the driver and passenger suffered first degree burns to both feet. This was the first occurrence of the failure. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for a diagnosis of the failure. The engine failed while driving, the temp indicator went from cold to hot.

While driving the vehicle a little while, half of the engine overheated and the other half was a normal temperature. The vehicle was takento a dealership.they replaced the lifter and valve on the driver's head at the owner's expense.

In 2002 our car overheated we took it into a repair shop.since the it it was bought in on four differentoccasions to repair the cooling system, over a span of less than a year.the entire colling system, except for the heating coil has been replaced.then the check engine light came on.it has had a misfire in cylinder #5 and we have sunk in over a $1,000 and the problem is still not fixed.the mechanics have told us they can't find what is causing it.thelight has been on for over eight months.it has been hooked up to computers and still it is a guessing game.we have had the egr valve replaced because this was another guess as to the problem.we have also replaced the fuel injectors, spark plugs, wires, coil, overhead cam sensor, idle air control valve and timing belt.we are sinking more money into this car than we can afford.if there is a problem with this car we should have been made aware of it before we purchased it.we have taken it to three different mechanics and still no-one can tell us what the problem is.any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated.

I was traveling to work at 4:30a.m. On 10/14/99.upon the entrance to i-696 ( about 2miles from my residence) the temperature gage ran high and the high temmp light came on upon the entrance ramp.i drove approx 4 miles to my mothers residence which was on the way to work.. At that hour i must depend and rely on the safety of my vehicle.thank goodness my mother lives on the way to my job 55 miles from my residence.when i drove it to the dealership atapprox. 7am (when they open)the gentleman behind the counter said it probably wasn't a hose, ( which i thought because of the coolant loss and over heating) but instead a water pump because it is so common in that make of vehicle.this disturbs me because if he knew immediately what it was because of so many repairs why not a recall on the part?$:30 am is a scarry time to break down on a major highway.i paid for the repairs because i need my vehicle for transportation to and from work.it was 197.60 for labor, 1.60 for a seal, 11.60 for coolant, and 94.50 for the pump,15.00 misc charge, and 7.36 in tax total was 327.66.i do have the part and the receipt of the bill if you need it . I did not receive my car back untill 6pmi was told it took so long because i didn't have an appointment.i wish i could plan and make appointments for emergencies.

Own 1997 chrysler condorde. Ac/evaporator odor. Technical service bulletin states going on since 1992 with chrysler cars. Causing airborne pollutants mixed with bacteria and fungi growth. I have asthma, this is a health issue. Chrysler regrets that they have nothing to do with this since wart. Up . Issue is this is going on since 1992 why was this not addressed for safety of respiratory consumers. Health hazard to all who have immune problems.this would not happen in wart time period. This takes time to form..end results microbial growth on evaporator core during normal operation, condensation forms in and around ac evaporator. When airborne pollutants mix with condensation, bacteria and fungi growth begins and odor results. This is the responsibility of chrysler to fix and make consumer safe and not endangering their health. Why was this issue not addressed in 1992 on with all the reports showing this problem. Chrysler..cirrus,concorde, new yorker, imperial, labaron coupe,town and country sebring voyager ...something is wrong with this picture. Who failed to pick up on this and why should i have to pay to fix something that has been going on since 1992.just purchased a 300c spending $4,0000.00. Now i won't know if this car will have the same problem in future and endanger my life as i have asthma and this is a respiratory problem.disappointed consumer worrying about my health with this car. Same sad story as the others on your website. I had a 1997 chrysler concorde. On new year's day 2005 i was driving to my daughter's when, without warning, the engine began to make a knocking noise. Suddenly, it died. I had towed into my dealer, clifford chrysler of buffalo grove. They said the engine had seized up due to sludge. Since the car was just out of warranty insisted they talk to chrysler. Chrysler said the problem was caused by inadequate oil changes even when i sent them a record of my oil changes, they refused to help with the cost of replacing the engine.

On christmas day driving with my son to my mothers home about one hour away, i exited the freeway and stopped at the signal. When the signal turned green, i pushed the gas, the car did not respond. I checked to verify that the car was in drive. Put the car in park, and attempted to restart the engine. The engine did not respond. The vehicle was pushed to a park and ride, then towed to the dealership. The dealership reports that the engine seized, and is destroyed beyond repair of the value of the vehicle. There was zero warning. The vehicle did not lose any fluid. There were not any warning lights registering inside the vehicle. The make is a chrysler concorde. It is a 1997, with 97,000 miles. Up until that moment the vehicle was ideal. Then within ten feet it is destroyed beyond repair,without any type of warning.

First, it started out with the cracked fuel rail problem which cost us over 900.00 to remedy and ever since we have had nothing but problems with it not wanting to idle so we replaced the idle contol at the cost of over 60.00 which still hasn't fixed the issue. The scans being done show a misfire in cylinder #5 but also can't be remedied. You can be driving along at highway speeds and all of a sudden it bucks wildly, the tachometer swings wildly then it just stalls and won't restart. The egr valve at a cost of over 114.00. Problem still exists. Noone can seem to find a resolve to this issue. This has turned my vehicle into a very unreliable means of transportation and i won't permit my wife to drive it any longer, yet we are forced to continue making our payments or have it repossesed. This has been going on now for at least four months with us nursing the vehicle just to drive the ten miles to work with several stoppages along the way.

Air conditioner failed, causing the drive belt to slip on the compressor and overheat.

The first replacement part was a manufactuer new unit, not rebuilt and as such should not have failed in such a short time. The manufacturer will not bend in the interest of customer relations and give and sort of help in this matter.dt

Front brake rotors are wearing excessively which is causing poor braking ability.consumer has replacedbrake rotors on four different occasions. But, problem still occurs.consumer purchased fourth set of rotors from another company, therefore chrysler would not give any reimbursement, each time rotors were replaced, they were pitted and rusted on the inside, brakes also make thumping noises.cigarette lighter socket loose, dealer tightened.

Cigarette lighter shoots out so hard it shoots under drivers seat, this occurs while its red hot.

The headlights are not very strong.also, cannot see in the distance due to windshield distorting headlights coming towards vehicle.

The headlights are extremely dim due to insufficient bulb lens which could become dangerous in night driving.please give any further details.

The dealer, from which the car was purchased, has replaced the turn signal switch (10/05/98), and repaired the fuse holder (12/28/98). The turn signals are again inoperative as of 1/30/99. I need assistance from a chrysler specialist to correct this problem. The turn signals are vital to driving safety. There was a strong smell of gas fumes in the vehicle.

The contact owns a 1997 chrysler concorde. The contact stated the vehicle was included in the recall under nhtsa campaign id number: 98v184000 (fuel system, gasoline:fuel injection system) and the vehicle was repaired. Eight years after the vehicle was repaired she noticed fuel leaking from the vehicle while it was parked. The contact stated fuel would also leak while driving. The vehicle was taken an independent mechanic who stated the fuel injector system was leaking and the o-ring needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 100,000.

Fuel line has broken. Vehicle lost alot of gas whichleaked out, itcouldignite.fuel connector on flow side of fuel filter was not connected at the factory.

Fuel pump detached from vehicle, causing gasoline to leak while fueling.

Fule line hoses disconnected from the engine/ spilling fuel into the engine area.

The consumer received a recall(nhtsa 98v184000)regarding the fuel rail. The dealer refused to perform the recall.

Chrysler concord recalledlate 1998-car left at central and advised next morning car would not start. At the time car had about 35,000 miles. Dealer talked wife into 800 dollars worth of work on engine including injection cleaning---funny thats what it was in for on re-call so we now know 3 years later. Ca began leaking fuel july of 2001and took car to pep boys to see what problem was . After replacing o rings still leaked , car returned to pep boys . They now had to replace injectors to see if that must be problem.car still leaked.they called chrysler and informed by chrysler that the rails must of cracked again. But dealer not responsable because over 1 yr warrenty and 12000 miles,so i had to have pep boys order part s to do the repair. Since car was all apart at there store and cost to much to tow to a dealed.foot /notei took sick and went to emgcy room for ..as dr. Stated could of been from the fumes. Bad infection in throatput on pen vk .this was 1 day after problem total cost so far1300.00 not including loss of work for week due to wellness. Robert f tierney.

Tsb # 790 was for the left fuel injection rail leaking (cracked).my right rail is leaking!!! i called chrysler @ 1-800 992-1997 and tried to report this.they informed me that the recall in january, 1999 only affected the left fuel injection rail. I could have had a fire as the gasoline was leaking (in volume) on the top of my engine and running down the engine block onto the ground. I think chrysler needs to be aware of this potential problem. I attempted to inform them of this today and i was told me to go to a dealer.i do my own car repair work and know a little about vehicles. I also know something about product safety as i am the product safety officer where i am employed. I have detailed digitial photos of the rail while it is leaking. They are good pictures. These pictures are worth more than 1000 words!!!if you want the pictures, please advise.

Recall 98v184000 concerning fuel injection system.parts not avaliable.

While backing out of the garage, without warning the vehicle caught fire.the consumer extinguished the fire out and the vehicle was pushed back into the garage.the driver has contacted the dealer for inspection and a appointment.the recall was not for this vehicle.please fill in additional information.

(1) always smelled gasoline after driving car for a while.a couple of repair places could not find a problem.i finally figured out myself where the leak was in the engine and pointed it out to a repair man.(2) this repair man told me it definitely was leaking and if i let it go any longer there would certainly be an engine fire.when i questioned him about other occurrences of this problem, he said that he had seen this happen more often on chrysler's than any other car.(3) he replaced the fuel pressure regulator, as well as the fuel dampner assembly with fuel rail.i don't have the old parts.let me know if you need them and i will try to obtain them.

Vehicle was making a pinging sound, andwas cutting off and on intermittently. Consumer tookvehicle to dealership, andmechanic said he couldn't see the vehicle, to bring it in. The consumer purchased more parts and they failed. The consumer took the vehicle to mechanic who determined the transmission fluid line was leaking . Another mechanic stated thatthe front end was coming part and was loose. The frame was loose and nothing was holding it together.after replacing all the parts, the consumer received a recall notice. Took it to dealer and they told her that they fixed the problem. But, didn't tell her what the problem was, but now problem is worse.car was jumping like it didn't shift into gear. Transmission feels like it'sslipping. Contact called nhtsa last week and talked to a lady and was told to replace the power steering fluid line. Bought piece of line and was told to buy a vacuum pipe.

When vehicle was first started & would try to back out, vehicle would not engage in reverse or drive. Turned vehicle off. Restarted it & gears would reengage. Would put into drive & vehicle was not moving forward. Would keep shifting lever to catch. When accelerator pedal was pressed, vehicle raced high & revved. Notified manufacturer & been to dealer. Had transmission fluid changed. An intermittent problem, but constant.

Engine: cooling system: head gasket went1 week after taking delivery of vehicle. Complained about transmission stuck in 3rd gear-dealer could not duplicate. 6/01/00 electrical short/fuse: speakers and horn not working/when sunroof is opened the trunk opens too.9/19/00 electrical short/fuse: smoke from dash when cd was turned on and horn stopped working. 10/17/00transmission: failure of overdrive and loss of 3rd gear vehicle, could still be driven in "limp mode" 1st and 2nd gear. 9/12/01transmission: failure duplicated as previously mention. 11/20/01.transmission: failure at highway speed engine boggs down as if putting on brakes.loss of only overdrive vehicle still able to operate in drive gear.4/27/02 engine: head gasket blows on one side of engine 4/27/02

Bolt in the transmission casing were stripped causing leak.

Two transmissions have failed.one transmission failed in heavy traffic at speed and put me at risk for injury in my attempt to get out of the driving lane.this vehicle has had multiple fluid leaks from the transmission, engine and cooling system.

The consumer the placed vehicle in park, took keys out and shut off ignition, the vehicle then slipped out of park, rolled backwards and hit parked vehicle on other side. Consumer suffered a slight injury on skin because her legs dangled slightly out.

Vehicle was left in park with the motor idling.it rolled up the owner's driverway and crashed into the garage, then shifted into reverse.owner managed to turn off the ignition and stop the vehicle, brakes would not stop it.dealer said that owner must not have placed the transmission completely into park. The consumer states that the vehicles shifter foiled even though the ignition was locked and the keys were taken out.the consumer states that she was in park and on an incline and in park.the vehicle then slipped backwards and shifted out of park.the dealer was contacted and the inspector found that the ignition shift inter-lock mechanism on the vehicle was inoperable.*scc

The rear shoulder belt on the passenger's side does not retract. The belt is hanging out of the retractor. Problem was reported to the dealership.part was ordered to correct the prolem at owner's expense.*ml

The contact owns a 1997 chrysler concorde.while driving approximately 45 mph, the back of the driver's seat collapsed backwards.the failure almost caused her to lose control of the steering.she did not get pulled back along with the seat because she was wearing her seat belt.she found a recall for this failure, but it was for the 1998 models.the manufacturer stated that her vin was not included in the recall.the failure and current mileages were 174,000.

Dt*: the contact stated while driving 48 mph, the vehicle was hit by another vehicle on the rear passenger side.the seatbelt did not automatically lock, the length of the belt was not controlled by the shoulder belt retractor.the automatic locking retractor did not function as it should be and the passenger in the rear right seat of the vehicle sustained serious injuries.there were no warning signals prior to the incident.the vehicle was taken to an auto repair shop.

Rear brakes improperly adjusted by manufacturer, resulting in front brakes overloading on braking, which in turn resulted in warped front brake rotors.dealer adjusted the rear brakes and replaced the front brake rotors.since the work was covered under warranty, i assume chrysler (now daimler/chrysler) is aware of the problem.very disconcerting to have a safety-related problem in a car costing upwards of $25,000.

This car started having problems in approximately april.tires were replaced in april.brakes were replaced, then sliding section to sunroof fell apart.then the termostat went out and replaced.car stopped, was told it was the water pump, had it towed, was then told it was the modulator fan.contacted the extended warrenty company, was told by warrenty people that it was not covered and then informed by them that it was also my ac and the compressor. Dealer refused to honor the remaining existing warranty that was left on the car.

The rotors on this car were cast with pockets of rust imbedded in the metal. The defect caused premature brake failure.the car did not stop well.they said the i needed a complete brake job, including new rotors.thay could not turn the rotors because of all the rust in them.the macanic said that the pads were not worn much but also had to be replased.he also told me that he sees a lot of roters like this. I was told i had to pay $310 for brake job that i feel was caused by these poorley made and unsafe rotors.

Front brake rotors are wearing excessively which is causing poor braking ability.consumer has replacedbrake rotors on four different occasions. But, problem still occurs.consumer purchased fourth set of rotors from another company, therefore chrysler would not give any reimbursement, each time rotors were replaced, they were pitted and rusted on the inside, brakes also make thumping noises.cigarette lighter socket loose, dealer tightened.

Front rotors have rust ridges and pits in them. The car has 28000 miles on it and the brake pads are like new. With this rust ridge on the rotor it will wear the pads prematurley. I took the car to the dealer and they said normal wear. I have been a mechanic for 20 years. This is not normal wear !

Consumer had the power assist: secondary: control module switchreplaced and then it went dead. Took to a dealer, and dealer was unable to find the problem.also, battery has been replaced 3 times in 4 months, alternator replaced, body controller rebuilt twice.*ml

Complete steering failure on 199 chrysler concorde.

I have experienced alot of play in the steering of my chrysler concorde 1997. After inspection it was found that the front cradle bushings where worn away. I have owned this car for 2 years. I looked at a web site concerning this and other problems with this and other chrsler models. And is concerned about the issues related to severe and catastrophic failures with these vehicles.

I have a 1997 chrysler concord. I hada severe clunking noise in front end. After several trips to the garage and almost $1000 later i had replaced both inner tie rod ends, all 4 cradle bushings as well as both swaybars in front end. Not to mentionfront end alignments after each repair. Then my left tie rod had to be replaced again within a bout a month. The problem was eventually fixed and noise stopped until now. Six months later i'm experiencing the same noises and a lose tie rod again. I have seen all the complaints about chrysler and note that they don't include the 1997 model as having these problems but i do with my 97 concord. I have 2 children that ride in my vehicle and this is really unsafe. If the tierods break or come lose you can't steer the car. This problem really needs to be addressed by chrysler and fixed.

Power steering failure, extremly hard to turn.

Vehicle keeps losing power steering fluid. Dealer replaced the power steering pump, andvehicle still leaks power steeringfluid.

Power steering is out or very hard to turn until the car is warmed up. I bought this car in aug. Of 2003. This has failed atleast 120 times. Doesn't matter if it is summer or winter. Was checking to see if this was recalled. It wasn't so i made a complaint.

While drivingexperiences steering linkage failure,vehicle wanders left to right all over road, dealer made several attempts to correct problem by realignment, mfr has not fixed it at this time.

Consumer 1997 concorde driver side tire turned right while driving down a hill and stopped. After having the vehicle towed, the consumer was informed the inner tie rod had failed and the outer tie rod was about to fail.the dealer stated it looked as if the vehicle had been work on previously, and whom ever did the work did not place the tabs back in place and because of that the tie rods eventually stripped and fell out of place.the consumer stated the rack and pinion was replaced and the previous dealer did stated they did have to remove the tie rods in order to replace the rack and pinion, however they refused to reimburse the consumer because it had been over 5 years since the repair.

When driving and upon exiting the highway two of theinner tie rod bolts which hold up the rack and pinion broke, causingsteering failure. Consumer has contacted dealer. Please provide any further details.

Dealer resets it and it works for about 2 weeks(serviced 5 times) ... Regulator in pass. Door does not lift power window

Steering was losing control or not responding properly because of the nuts / bolts, and a faulty bushing needed to be replaced onrack and pinion. Dealer and manufacturer notified. Feel free to provide any further information.

While driving at 24,000 miles, the bolts on the steering rack sheared off, causing total loss of steering control.after multiple attempts to repair both the steering and the transmission, the owners wish to trade in this vehicle, which they believe is a lemon, in exchange for a new one. .et.

Water leaks under air vents under window wipers ,body seams let water in car as fast as it will run.have sealed 1 leak with silicone on seam on passenger side. Carpet and mat on driver side now getting wet and stinks. Replaced windshield 6-27-03,so i know that was not the problem. Car bought new and has never been in accident. Dealers service mgr.claims there has not been any problems,but my mechanic,knows a chrysler mechanic there,and he says there are plenty of complaints. They have even sprayed rubberized undercoating on seams and surrounding areas to seal water leaks.

There were serious safety defects.the a/c turns on even if locked out, the driver's door leaked, the dash lights blink on/off without control (all gauges), and the airbag light, lights up. When i would place the automatic transmission in reverse on my 1997 chrysler concorde the gas pedal would stick and accelerate at a rapid rate. The only way that i could stop the acceleration was by placing both on the brake and turning the key off. Dave dennis chrysler dealer in dayton, oh., verified this. They found that the cradle bushings were bad which caused the motor to move and hit the throttle which caused the motor to rev. Up in gear. They replaced the cradle bushings and i have had no trouble since. I consider this to be a safety issue. The mechanic at the chrysler dealer stated that worn cradle bushings were a common problem with k frames used on chryslers. I can't be the only person who has experienced this problem due to cradle bushings wear.

Body shop said entire hood must be replaced because it is coming from under the hood and not rusting from the top through the hood. Estimated cost was $950.00. Chrysler has a 5 year warranty/100,000 miles on rust on this vehicle. Please advise as to what to do immediately. Thank you.

Pin-striping on left rear fender failed.

My car started making a clunking noise, andi checked out the problem and found the engine cradle bushing were junk. The car only had 62000 miles on it. This could of caused a very bad accident if the cradle had broken. The car was lifted off the ground and there was about a 2 iinch gap between the frame and cradle where the bushing are worn out. I current don't drive this car do to this issue.

Strut rod onright of vehicle keeps blowing out, this is the fourth strut on vehicle. Butrepairsdo not work. Please provide further information.

Vehicle hydrplaned, struck rock cliff on driver's side. Bounce doff cliff and struck rear of an embankment, upon impact, driver's/passenger's air bags did not deploy. Three consumers were injured, and vehicle was totaled.

Windows become cloudy with a film in two or three days after washing them in the inside.
