Chemical burn of the face as a result of the deployment of a trw sodium azide inflator driver's and passenger side in a 1995 chrysler neon. I am an attorney representing emma smith the driver who was severly injured. My investigation reveals many(70+) related accidents which i do not believe have been reported to this agency.
