Late model chrysler vehicles with clear plastic head lamp lenses. The head lamp lenses are clouding over to the point that you can not see any further than 12 or 15 feet in front of the vehicle. These clouded lenses no long meet the fmvss # 108. This is a safety hazard at night ! we have thousands of these vehicles in service across the country. Vehicles in the southern states are more prone to this condition than are the northern vehicles. We operate 60,000 vehicles nation wide. Chrysler, gm and ford. This condition applies to all chrysler vehicles that have plastic head lamp lenses. The gm and ford vehicles are not quite as prone to this clouding condition as are the chrysler vehicles.
Consumer received recall oov-268 for a leaking fuel rail which stated repairs would only take one and a half hours to repair, the consumer was at the dealer for three and a half hours and feels this amount of time was grossly excessive.nlm
Consumer received a recall notice for fuel rail, however the dealer did not have the parts and consumer has been waiting for over three months.

Because the manufacturer did not have brake shift interlock installed for the vehicle, a child was able to put the vehicle into neutral and the vehicle rolled and the vehicle damage.
