I have been a mechanic for chrysler for about 4 years, and in the 4 years i has seen quite a few things that was upsetting. The one thing that the service managers always said, was we couldn`t sell warranty. But when you get amini van in with the rear brake wheel clyinders leaking on both sides and the service manager tells you not to do it , somthing needs to be done. It has happened more then once too. Its a comon problem with the mini vans. And if it continues some body is going to get hurt. You guys need to look into it.
The design of hub caps allowed snow to accumulate inside and caused the wheels to go out of balance and become unstable.8nlm
