I have owned this van for 28 months with multiple mechanical failures. I have had the brakes replaced, the rack and pinion replaced twice, the tie rods on both sides, the power window motor on the passenger side, the glove box lock, the water pump, the thermostat twice, the engine "seals", the coolant hoses and the power door handles.the power sliding door gasket has also come off on multiple occasions.the airbag light has now been on for 4 weeks.i have been stranded many times and without a vehicle on several occasions.the latest problem required three visits to the dealer to fix.the car overheated and could not be driven all three times, in a two week period. This required a new water pump on the first visit, a new thermostat 8 days later and new hoses 1 day after that.

On 10/30/07, my 2003 chevy venture airbag light came on.i brought the vehicle to the local dealer, and was told that the r/s safety deployment module was failing and needed to be replaced.the dealer told me this was not a huge problem and that the vehicle was safe to drive.he told me the repairs could wiat until i had the money in january.on 11/25/07, whicle driving the vehicle, the drivers side (side) airbag deployed and exploded immediately.i phoned the dealer and was told that the problem was unrelated and they were not responsilbe.i filed a product allegation complaint with gm.they sent an inspector to the dealer who reviewed the car and found it was a computer malfuntion of the safety deployment module that caused the airbag to deploy.he stated that their was nothing that i could have done to cause the airbga deployment.the dealer admitted to gm that they told me the vehicle was safe to drive, but gm declined to repair the vehicle.i have since found out that this vehicle was recalled for 2 separate front airbag problems.gm states that this vehicle has no open recalls on it.the vehicle has not been repaired, and is now off the road.i am paying the loan off and hoping to get some resolution to have this vehicle repared so i can continue to use it.

I bought my chevy venture new with 10 miles onit in 2003 thought this van was safe had a head on collision with a tree 40-45 miles an hour the air bags did not deploy if not for wearing my seat belt don't know what would have happened ..

Consumer's vehicle hit another vehicle head on while driving at 25 mph. The seat belt failed to retract.also, upon impact, air bags failed to deploy. Driver sustainedchin injuries, passenger in the frontseat sustainedknee injuries, and passenger in the second seat sustainedheadinjuries. Upon inspection of the vehicle dealership indicated thatsensor that controls the air bags was damaged.

The vehicles side door was hit yet the side impact air bag did not deploy.the dealer was notified.*nlm

The vehicle was involved in a collision and the side air bags did not deploy.

The vehicle is a 2003 chevrolet venture.i was driving to work on a 25mph road.the passenger seat side airbag deployed.there was no accident or exterior vehicle damage.the airbag justdeployed.i was not injured nor were there any passengers in the vehicle at the time.i immediately contacted the chevrolet dealer who services the vehicle, who said they had never heard of such a thing,i spoke with the service manager who advised me to contact general motors and my insurance co. He said they would start a file on the incident and he could not do anything until general motors told him what he could do. The vehicle was drivable and there were no injuries.after worki took the vehicle to the dealer to have them see if the vehicle was safe to drive and show them the deployed airbag.we agreed that i would drop off the vehicle the following monday and they would inspect the vehicle.after 2 daysi spoke with general motors who said they would have the vehicle inspected and could not authorize a rental car for the time it was at the dealership.i dropped off the vehicle the following day thinking it would be inspected on monday.after 2 days i spoke with the dealer and general motors who still had not had the vehicle inspected.later that day i spoke with a 3rd party inspector whom general motors hired.he would not be inspecting the vehicle until the beginning of the following week. 9 days after the vehicle was dropped off to the dealer 11 days since the airbag deployed.the entire time the vehicle was at the dealer general motors would not provide any assistance with a rental car.the 3rd party inspector called after he had inspected the vehicle and informed me it would be another 7-8 days before i would hear anything from general motors.so we are going to be somewhere between 18 and 21 days to get a response from the manufacturer of the vehicle general motors.

Drivers side seat airbag deployed while turning on vehicle.

I have a 2003 chevy venture and when i purchased it, i noticed that the turn signals would start blinking real fast on the dash. When i would look at them on the outside they were blinking fine, as was the dash lights. This happened several times, so i thought that it was just the bulbs themselves. Then on march 29, 2014, i noticed a little puff of smoke come from the headlight area when my wife pulled into our driveway. I also noticed that the passenger side turn/parking light was out. I luckily had a bulb from another car to replace it, but when i took the assembly out and went to turn the connector to replace the bulb, and noticed it was hot. Thinking that something did not seem right, i let it cool down and then removed it. What i saw was the connector that holds the bulb was black and melted. It actually melted to the bulb itself. I looked at the bulb and it was still good, other than the bottom plastic part. The white smoke i had seen was either the connector catching on fire and melting or the melting of the plastic itself. I never saw any flames. I cannot afford to replace the connector, nor would i risk my family's life, so i have no turn signal. Then worse part is the driver side light was doing the same thing as the passenger, but it has since stopped and is working properly now that the passenger side bulb has been removed.

First we lost one of the speeds on the fan inside the van. Then about 2 weeks later we were on a trip and all was fine. We stopped for about 1.5 hours and then continued to drive. When we had started out the second time there was an odor of something burning, so i pulled over and checked things out. I looked under the dash and could not see anything. I also felt the dash components to see if there was any thing that was hot, to which i did not see that much of a difference. I started the van back up and noticed that i could not turn the internal fan off and the smell of melting/burning wires was strong. I got home and took the dash apart and found that the fan switch had melted and wires to the fan switch had melted the insulation off. I took the switch out of the car so i can order a new switch and wiring harness. If i did not take the dash apart as soon as i got home, it could have caused a fire.

The buttons for my control dash where radio and heat adjustment are, the panel,. Gets blazing hot to the touch. Everytime we drive it. It's overheating so much i am concerned it wasn't fixed by a recall previously claimed. The buttons decals have melted off on some buttons. This happens when the car is on. I recently purchased this van privately in illinois.

While turning vehicle stalled. Vehicle was restarted with no problem. Tookvehicle to the dealership, but problem recurred.

Tamara inflates includes my brakes as i have to press the brake pedal all the way to the floor and the van would still not stop. Also my driver's side window will not go down.

About a week after i got my mini van the fuel gauge quit working, the ignition switch started staying on in the start position, and i've got a rattle in the engine that nobody can seem to find. All of my friend's have heard this sound in the engine, but the techs keep telling me it's normal.

Problem with the the rear right brake light assembly socket board burning out & condensation or water leaking into the assembly also related to cause. Multiple times electrical problems reported & replaced on this vehicle & again on 09/2011 & 12/2011 for same rear brake issue.

Left turn signal wiring shorted out & as result all lights on left front do not work now. Pigtails not available for this application!!!

Numerouselectrical problems both headlights replaced one under warranty, both heated mirrors replaced, one under warranty, battery replaced under warranty,, dash lights blink off and on gas gauge shows full most of the time and at other times goes to empty, sometimes will show correct fuel left in tank. Vehicle occasionally locks itself, have to keep an extra key handy.

Signal bulbs keep blowing out, definite electrical problem - brakes no longer work- bulbs are good, they work when you pull the back cases off.put them on like they are supposed to be, no longer work.cannot find anything wrong to fix it!

2003 chevrolet venture inadequate horn.****no answer required****. *mrthe horn did not produce a sound sufficiently loud enough to serve as a warning to pedestrians or drivers. The consumer requested that eh horn be replaced.the dealer indicated that the horn was operating as designed.

Re defective 2003 chevy venture horn, requesting a defect investigation for possible service bulletin fm nhtsa.the horn did not produce a sound sufficiently loud enough to serve as a warning to pedestrians or drivers. The consumer requested that the horn be replaced.the dealer indicated that the horn was operating as designed.

Consumer complained of rear end problem.consumer maintained that manufacturer never sealed the back end of the vehicle. As a result, water leaked into thevehicle. The manufacturerrefused to repair the defect.however, the manufacturerwas willing to dry out the vehicle. Also,a moldy mildew smell lingered within the vehicle.mold was all through the ceiling as well as blowing through the rear vents, the back end leaked, the roof rail seams and pitch rail were not sealed, water leaked into the rear dome light and leaked onto the floor in the rear, the tires were replaced at 18k miles, the #2 and #3 fan relay shorted, the front end had excessive play, and the front windshield seal had come loose from the glass. *sc

Electrical problems when turn blinker on it locks and unlocks doors. When vehicle is off the buzzer stays on continuously, been told that it could possibly catch fire.. Possible ground wire.. Need to know what i can do .. This shouldn't be doing this .. Just purchased this vehicle a year ago.. Paid cash no extended warranty .. Should this be happening .. I'm taking it to york ford in houlton maine to have a diagnostic test done on it .. This vehicle is only 5 years old .. Why would it have any electrical problems.

- the contact has a 2003 chevrolet venture in which he had to replace the climate control switch because the fan switch stayed only on the low position, allowing for only one setting.the contact bought the replacement part and replaced the climate control switches on his own.while replacing the switches he noticed that the old unit had melted the plastic around the wire harness.the contact also had to replaced the left rear tail light assembly because it had completely corroded which made it inoperable.the contact is looking for reimbursement for the parts.the contact spoke with the manufacturerwho stated that they wouldn't be able to consider any type of reimbursement because he didn't take the vehicle to a dealer to have it repaired.the failuer and current milage were 75000 miles.

Dt the vehicle caught on fire.the fire department came and extinguished the fire. The fire departmentclaimedit was the electrical system up under the dash. This happened on september 26, 2005. Smelled something burningwhile drivingonthe highway, but in this area it could smell like that at certain times. The vehicle had been sitting for an hour and fifteen minutes before the fire. There was no for earning and no noise. Contacted the dealer, they said they could not help us.

Vehicleexperienced an electrical problem. The dashboard lights began to illuminate and went out. This occurred repeatedly for about 45 seconds . Consumer took the vehicle to the dealer on 6 occasions, and the problem was not resolved. Consumer was told by the service technician to ignore this.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture. The contact stated that while driving 15 mph, she noticed that the vehicle was overheating. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The dealer stated that the lower intake needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and they stated that there were no recalls addressing the failure. The failure and current mileages were 94,600.

The engine rpm surges without pushing the gas. The engine will gradually propel the vehicle to around 50-60 mph with no mechanical movement of the gas pedal. This happens about every day or two. Have to put the car in neutral or firmly press the brakes to get the velocity down. The car is in motion and stationary when this happens. It happens sporadically. Changing all types of parts and still no resolution. I also see alot of the same issues on line with other owners of this vehicle.

The lower intake manifold head gasket cracked or ruptured resulting in the anti- freeze coolant to leak into the motor oil.required removal of entire intake manifold assembly and replacement of defective ruptured head gasket.cost 9 hours mechanic labor and$ 975.00 for professional repair.

About a week after i got my mini van the fuel gauge quit working, the ignition switch started staying on in the start position, and i've got a rattle in the engine that nobody can seem to find. All of my friend's have heard this sound in the engine, but the techs keep telling me it's normal.

I was struck from the back, while taking foot off the brake, i attempted to proceed from a stop sign in shopping mall.due to delay, from a bad transmission from day 1 when i first purchased vehicle from felix chevrolet, la ca it holds up traffic. I took my foot off brake after stopping at stop sign and it appeared to driver that i was moving forward. Yet, the delay causes danger from behind and i'm still encountering delays from the date of purchase, 2006 up until now. Felix denied anything was wrong with after i complained and had them test transmission problem within 30 days of purchase. I've been very dissatisfied with performance and quality of vehicle from day one. When accelerating from a stop the vehicle severely jerks. The transmission fluid and filter have been replaced with no change in the condition. The vehicle had around 60,000 miles when i purchased.

On 3 mile in town trip, heat gauge suddenly climbed into the red.i turned of car and let it cool.drove back home with many stops to prevent overheating.towed it to a dealer.lower manifold intake gasket, a well documented problem--but no us recall, needed to be replaced.labor costs brought the defective and badly engineered replacement to over $900.there was no engine damage, because i caught the problem early, as no coolant had yet leaked into the engine.

Why hasn't there been a recall on ** intake manifold gasket ** for the chevrolet venture 2003 ? i replaced it 2 years ago and now i must replace it again . There are like 35 models with the same problem. Gmc knows about the problem. No one does anything about it. I hope you guys do something about it because every repair is around$ 700 to $1100 . It depends where you go. I can't believe you guys can't force gmcto make this a recall.

When slowing down to make a turn vehicle dies unexpectedly. *mr

The metal underside support bracket that holds up both the engine coolant radiator and a/c radiator had rusted completely to the extent that the left (driver) side of the bracket completely failed and allowed the radiators to tilt down and drop approx. 4" on the left side. The primary support is now only the coolant hoses. Had i not noticed, while viewingthe car from the front that there was a problem;both the radiators could have fallen off while driving, they certainly could have wedged to impede the steering control and /or run over by the tires to most certainly be a safety issue to us or others on the road. My call to a dealership stated they are well aware of this particular rust issue and they have no knowledge of recall by gm. There should be a recall to repair a corrosion issue of this support component that is a safety integrity issue. I previously submitted a complaint in december odi id number 10051011, concerning our 2003 chevy venture and the engine cutting off, between december 2003 and march 3, 2004 the van has since had disturbing noises coming from the under neath of the vehicle, grinding sounds and a thumping sound.scheduled the van to the chevy dealer and while driving in the van's engine cut off.the van is currently in the shop waiting to hear what they say this time.last time they said this should not happen agian, well it did, and we are awaiting a reply.

Intermittently while driving at low speeds and turning to the left vehiclestalled. Also, problemwithboth sliding doorsopening and closingontheir own.dealership replaced the windshield.

Awd and abs light on.rear heater/air conditioning temperature cannot be controlled.car horn beeped when gas pedal in depressed.

Strong smell of antifreeze and was loosing coolant.overheating. Spoke with gm several times and complained.this cost me $1000.00 to repair and after reading complaints of owners with the same problem, the problem recurred after repairing. Also, signal light bulbs kept blowing and an electrical board had to be replaced.

Premature failure of the intake manifold gasket caused my car to lose power while driving.

2003 chevrolet venture has stalled without warning twice.this caused difficult steering and near collision.will contact dealer for inspection / repair.van has only 22k miles.

While driving at any speed andwith no warning vehicle stalled, causing the consumer to pull off the road. Dealer notified.

Was on the interstate after driving approximately 1.5 hours when service engine soon light appeared.when i slowed down to in-town speeds the van drove very rough and would often stall when at a stop light.took it to gm shop to find out that the rocker arm post had pulled out of the cylinder head #4.gm wanted to charge me over $2000 to repair.instead the offered to repair with a "heli-coil" and gm picked up all charges.10 months later driving again on the interstate went to pass another vehicle and the service engine soon light appeared again.was able to get to a gm service shop.they found another rocker arm post had pulled out of a cylinder head #6.they did a "heli-coil" replacement again which i paid for.both shops have said this should never happen during the lifetime of a vehicle, yet it happened twice in mine.in a car less than 5 years old no less.is there a manufacturing defect in these engines to cause such a significant failure?

2003 chevy venture 3.4l.multiple problems with this van.head gasket failure at 70,000 miles.intake manifold gasket failure around 100,000 miles.now at 132,000 the van is currently in the shop being torn down to find what is a suspected cracked cylinder head or cracked block.at what point with gm decide that they manufactured a worthless engine that is costing its customers thousands to repair.help!!

In our 2003 chevy venture with only 53,000 miles. We are having trouble with the intake manifold leaking. The van has overheated and needs to be replaced at a high cost to us. It upsets me to find that chevrolet knows of the problem but has done nothing to correct it. Why recall the vans in canada with the same problem but not here in the united states.

2003 chevy venture with engine code of e in the vin (covered under service bulletin) started leaking antifreeze and oil from the intake gasket. Called chevrolet customer care and they informed me that my vin was not covered in their service bulletin. It will cost approximately $850 to repair and be without the vehicle for 2 days.

While turning into a parking space the steering on our 2003 venture tightened upand then the engine cut off without any warning lights.the van was brought to the dealer ship and they found no problems, they said there was no history recored in the computer and that it should not happen again.

On two separate ocassions in the past 2 months the engine of our 2003 chevrolet venture van had cut off while turning into the driveway.i contacted gm about the matter and also took it to the local dealership, but they could not find the problem.

There are several problems with my van. The first is the plug at the base of the captains chair on the driver side has broken twice. Since it is plastic-i have already replaced this item.the van has an intake leak which i can't afford to fix, this was discovered at 64,000 miles. With a price tag of over $500 dollars to replace, it is still an issue.at the 60667 miles it was discovered that both the left and right front wheel bearings needed to be replaced. That was done with the hefty price tag of $1,279.00 which also included rear wheel cylinders which had begun leaking and needed replaced. Now the brakes are squealing again and i am really concerned about this pattern.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture.the contact began to smell gas both inside and outside the vehicle.approximately one year after initially detecting gas the dealer inspected the vehicle.the dealer stated that the failure was the head gasket.the contact brought the vehicle to a local mechanic for repairs, but the scent of gas remained.the vehicle was inspected again approximately four months later.the dealer stated that the entire fuel system should be replaced.once more, the contact brought the vehicle to a local mechanic for repair.the mechanic stated that the filler hose deteriorated due to poor design or a material defect.the current and failure mileage were 113,000.the consumer stated that the vehicle leaks from the manifold as well as the fuel tank system. Updated 07/30/07

Dt*:the contact stated the dealership noticed the intake gasket was leaking while an oil change was being performed.the intake gasket needed to be replaced.

I have just been notified by a local gm dealership that our 2003 chevy venture, with 40000 miles on a 3.4l v6 engine, needs the lower intake manifold gasket replaced.upon further research, it appears this is a widespread problem with this particular engine, in fact gm issued a recall in canada to have this problem rectified for no charge to their loyal owners.however, here in the us we are being asked to pay $1100 or more because of an intial design flaw.not only am i disappointed to have this kind of trouble with my relatively new vehicle (we have owned it since it was brand new and taken excellent care of it), the quote of $1100 from the dealer to replace this gasket is, i think, ridiculous.gm has admitted their part in the problem by issuing the recall in canada, and i feel they need to do the same here in the states.

Awd and abs light on.rear heater/air conditioning temperature cannot be controlled.car horn beeped when gas pedal in depressed.

Problem with the the rear right brake light assembly socket board burning out & condensation or water leaking into the assembly also related to cause. Multiple times electrical problems reported & replaced on this vehicle & again on 09/2011 & 12/2011 for same rear brake issue.

Rear main brake lights always replacing and burn out frequently with no reasonnow rear ended .if my kids were sitting in the back seat they may be dead right now. I hear it is a problem nation wide.

2003 chevy venture, constantly having non working brake lights . Replacing bulbs constantly because of themelting. Replaced them again with a lubricate, that i was told was needed for this type of car. Still having problems. Getting tired of having to fix the brake lights everytime i need to goout.!!!!!!!!!!! tired of being pulled over by the cops because of my non working brake lights............

Thinking that something did not seem right, i let it cool down and then removed it. What i saw was the connector that holds the bulb was black and melted. It actually melted to the bulb itself. Then worse part is the driver side light was doing the same thing as the passenger, but it has since stopped and is working properly now that the passenger side bulb has been removed.

All rear lights don't burn out they just short out the bases are melted and im afraid this will cause a electrical firewe just purchased the van on the 18.

The brake lights on both sides stopped working after failing many times over. Upon checking the bulbs and the voltage with a meteor....it was discovered that they do work as long as the sliding door is in motion, hardly acceptable while driving on the road. Anything we can do about this?

For the past 2 years, both rear brake lights continue to fail without any detectable reason. I have researched many "fixes" ranging from replacing blown circuit boards, bending prongs for better connection and greasing the connections.the dealership said replacing the bulbs would fix the issue, only to fail within the following week.an independent garage cleaned the components and bent the prongs holding the bulbs in place to give a better connection. The circuit boards have been replaced, but that didn't help either.all of these solutions have worked for 2 weeks at the longest.there is no evidence of melting components, moisture or residue within the circuit boards or brake bulb connections.i have found, if i "bang" on each brake light prior to driving it might remain working until i get to my destination.i have 2 small children in the car with me almost 99% of the time, i'm scared of getting rear ended because the person behind me didn't know i was stopping because my brake lights didn't work.i'm hoping i'm one of many who have voiced their concern to your agency.

Tail lights stop working, upon removing the bulb the socket and plastic on the bulb is melted. After cleaning up the bulb and replacing it, it will work from anywhere between 1 day to a couple weeks before stopping again. Tail light circuit board has been replaced with an oem part and has the same results. This problem has resulted in many stops by police as you can never tell just when the lights will stop working. Upon searching the internet this seems to be a very common problem with this and similar gm models.it is also a very dangerous problem as no one behind you can see you braking if the lights are not working. This problem has been ongoing since the van was purchased in '07.

The brake light on drivers side of 2003 chevy venture constantly is burning out.occurs within a week after repair each time.i have replaced the bulbs half a dozen times and replaced the entire circuit board twice with new dorman units.problem persists.this is a common issue/complaint with this and other similar gm vans.it is a safety issue, makes it difficult to pass vehicle inspections and may result in a fine if i am stopped.

I have a 2003 chevy venture with brake light issues. The bulbs are always going out and when i replace it with a new bulb it will only last a day to a few weeks before going out again. When i take the bad bulb out you can see that the plastic is melted on the bulb. This is seems like a safety issue seeing that they go out so often you never know if you have brake lights. Someone is going to get in an accident that can be avoided if chevy would recall this vehicle and fix the problem. I know a lot are having this issue. I have replaced bulbs and the circuit board hoping that would fix it but it only lasted a few months before the lights started going out again.

We own a 2003 chevy venture and i have replaced the front driver signal bulb three (3) times and the rear brake/tail lights four (4) times already. I just changed both brakelight bulbs 03/19/12 and yesterday another motorist pulled around me to inform me that my brakelights are out. Once again i opened the brakelight housing and noticed the bulb housing is melting. Could someone please advise.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture.the contact stated that the rear brake lights were not functioning. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for diagnostics where the technician advised that there was condensation and moisture throughout the front headlights and the rear brake lights. The technician stated that the headlight cover would have to be replaced but advised that the failure would continue to recur. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 120,000.

Left turn signal wiring shorted out & as result all lights on left front do not work now. Pigtails not available for this application!!!

We bought our 2003 chevrolet venture last year and have had constant problems withthe brake light whichdo not work 80 % of the time.the circuit boards that hold the bulbs burn up the plastic and the bulbs which causes them to not light up when i press on my brakes.this is a consistent problem and even though ihave had the boards replaced twice and the connector to the boards replaced i still have the same problem.i have spent well over 500 dollars to try to correct this problem. I have read on several forums that this is a constant and consistent problem among hundreds of owners of the chevrolet venture of various year models, and i am sure there are more owners of this make and model out there with the same issue.one of these days i am going to get rear ended because i have no way of knowing if my brake lights are out.i am going to get hit and then either have myself or one of my three children end up in the hospital because of a defect on chevrolet's part.this is shameful that they have had various complaints about this problem but have yet to recall this defect because of safety issues.

2003 chevrolet venture brake lights failed multiple times. Only found out when warned by police that no brake lights were operational. Sockets were melted. Replaced the tail lamp circuit board. After two months the same problem occurred again, resulting in no brake lights. Repeated replacement of circuit board, and the same problem occurred again after five months. No brake lights=safety hazard.

Both brake lights fail to illuminate. Bulbs replaced numerous times. Panels replaced twice. When panels replaced, will work approximately 1-2 weeks. Upper light bar will illuminate. No warning as to when lights fail. Numerous warnings by police to have fixed.

Flashing of lights and fuel gauge floats drastically constantly.the vehicle also experienced problems with low brake fluid, the door ajar, the rear hatch ajar, and the brake light remained on. *sc

I purchased the 2003 chevrolet venture van new and have had continuous problems with the brake/tail lights burning out.spoke with gm and if i recall correctly the first time they bulbs were replaced was in june 2004.since then i have replaced the bulbs 2-4 times per year trying different manufacturers and types.i have searched for solutions on the internet and tried replacing the circuit boards and this still does not mitigate the issue.the greatest evidence of widespread problems can be found at this link http://www.topix.com/forum/autos/chevrolet-venture/tssemrsdq22r1f463 with dates beginning 8/2006 running until 4/2012.i believe this is an extreme safety hazard for several reasons. 1) the bulbs can work intermittently giving a false sense of repair; 2) the bulbs can fail without warning; 3) the tail lights cannot be seen when driving in the side view mirrors; 4) there is no warning light to indicate on the instrument panel that the bulbs have failed; and 5) repeated replacement of bulbs and/or circuit boards are costly and cannot be easily accomplished by the elderly or handicapped due to the location and strength necessary to disassemble the tail lights.an elderly person or any individual may make the choice to forego repair due to cost and endanger themselves in the meantime.please investigate this issue and see if you agree that a recall is in order that covers all 2003 chevrolet venture vans (no mileage limits) so i may no longer worry about my wife driving this vehicle while commuting and transporting our son and his friends to school.

2003 chevy venture brake lights continue to stop working.have already replaced the bulbs numerous times.the socket the bulbs plug into melted and i replaced that....bulbs are out again.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 mph, the contact noticed through the reflection of another vehicle which had been driving extremely close, that both of his rear tail lights failed to illuminate. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where both tail light bulbs were replaced. The failure recurred which required the replacement of the tail light bulb continuously. The approximate failure mileage was 70,000.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture. He stated the brake lights were inoperable. Upon attempting to change the light bulbs, he noticed the socket and the circuit boards were melted because of irregular electric flow. The risk of vehicle crash is increased if the ability to signal intentions to other drivers is not available. The failure mileage was 65,000 and the current was 72,000. The vin was not available.

On my 2003 chevy venture extended i have had to replace both tail light braking bulbs. My concern is that the bulbs elements inside the bulb didn't burn out they shorted out at the socket on both drive and passenger side melting the bulb to the socket. I'm afraid that this is gooing to create a electrical fire.

Except for center brake light, my brake lights do not work and at the same time took out my cruise control. I have done some research and it appears to be a faulty 'brake light switch' and i have seen many complaints about the same thing.no brakes mean definite accident waiting to happen and i current have no brake lights.

The headlight & turn signal assemblies on the van continued to accumulate condensation in them.this has been going onfor about 2 years now.the dealer will not fix it, stating itwas cosmetic, and did not interfere with safe operation of the vehicle.we took it friday to get it inspected and it failed inspection.the cause of failure was contaminated light assemblies.we contacted the dealershipfrom whom we bought the van, and was informed they would not do anything about it.the did admittedthat they had several others with the same problem.they suggested we contact you.i removed the water from the headlight assemblies and got the van inspectedagain today.it did pass, but i felt certain condensation will be back again soon.i realized this may not appear to be a substantial problem, but it did interfere with the night vision capabilities.as i said earlier, this was not the first time i have removed water from the headlight assemblies on this van.

Left front headlight fills with water and fogs up the lens cover thus hindering the beam of the headlight.water literally stands in the light so much that when you bring the vehicle to a stop with the lights on, the beam is like an ocean wave.i have returned it to the dealership but they say they all do that and there is no remedy.we have been told to drill a hole in the casing to drain the water.my vehicle was bought new in june 2003.this has been a problem from the beginning.it is getting progressively worse.water is now standing inside the lens.what happens when the freezing temperatures come?will my light freeze and burst?2 of my family members also own ventures and this seems to be a problem for them also.i have noticed other ventures parked in parking lots and some of them also have a fogged up left headlight lens.i truly feel that gm should fix this problem.it has been this was since i drove it off the lot brand new.surely a company with as much technology as gm has they could come up with a remedy for this "leaking light".it really hinders your vision using the headlights.its like having a headlight out.standing water is also hard on the headlight bulbs.will this eventually cause an electrical short or possibly a fire at some point?

I filed a complaint already on a similar problem, odi number 10177955 on 1/5/2007 in which i had problems with condensation on the inside of my headlamps, making it difficult to see at night.the condensation now led to the driver's side halogen bulb exploding inside the headlight housing due to water accumulating inside the assembly splashing onto the bulb.there is no way to remove the glass from the exploded bulb from the inside of the headlight housing and there is no way to stop the condensation.i had to pay $180 for a new driver's side headlight housing.the passenger side headlamp has condensation forming inside.i am certain that i will have to replace the housing on the passenger side as well.

Dt*: the contact stated condensation built up inside the headlights causing the bulb to blow.the contact has replaced the bulbs three times.

Both headlights have condensation forming on the inside. This will cause the headlights to be less effective.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture. The contact stated that while driving at 30 mph, there was a strong odor of burning wires. The contact mentioned that while attempting to park, the turn signal lamps failed to illuminate. The contact parked and observed that the lamps were melted and the bulbs were dark. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 100,000.

On 08/13/2010 our 2003 venture minivan suddenly began smelling of fuel. Upon inspection i noticed fuel streaming from the fuel tank where the filler neck joins the body of the tank. At first i thought the filler hose was loose so i tried to twist it to check the tightness, at this point the neck separated from the tank entirely! about 15 gallons of fuel were spilled and fire rescue were dispatched. This seems to be a problem that is very common with this tank, i have only been looking for a replacement one day and have encountered several tanks with this problem. Some have been repaired with an epoxy but i have been warned this is a "trade it quick" remedy.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture. While pumping fuel the contact observed fuel leaking from the rear driver side of the vehicle. The vehicle was diagnosed that the fuel tank needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The vin was not included in nhtsa campaign number: 07v349000 (fuel system). The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 199,874. Updated 01/27/17*ljupdated 02/02/17.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture.the contact stated that the vehicle has a fuel leak where the nipple meets the gas tank.the dealer stated that there was no sign of impact and was due to age and mileage.the purchase date was unknown.the current and failure mileages were 85,000.

Gm fails to recognize this recall on a 2003 chevy venture fuel tank:http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/recalls/results.cfm.

For nearly 6 months my minivan engine would shut-off while i was idling while parked, waiting to pickup and transport children to next stop.once it cut off while i was driving on a city road.luckily, i was able turn the wheel enough to coast onto a side street.curiously, when various tow operators came to tow the van directly to dealer, they too were not able to restart the engine--there is no noise, no crank.by the time the mechanics got to the van in the morning, they reported that they could not duplicate the problem.the final time and approximately 4th time i experienced engine cut-off, i had my husband pickup the children and i.we ate dinner, then later returned to the van.it started just fine and i drove it home.the next day i drove it to the dealer and was insistent that the dealer find and fix the problem.dealer replaced fuel pump and filter.because of history of the complaint, i paid for parts but not labor, $470.i also paid for a routine fuel injection cleaning, $150.the problem has not recurred.

Consumer statedfuel pump kept malfunctioning. This was the third time. Consumer took thevehicle to pep boys for repairs becausewarranty expired.consumer felt that there must be some kind of adefect invehicle to cause the fuel pump to malfunction.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture.the contact received a recall notice for nhtsa campaign id number 07v349000 (fuel system ,gasoline:storage).the vehicle was taken to the dealer for the recall repair and the contact was informed that she would be charged if her vehicle did not have the failure present.the manufacturer was called and stated the same thing.there had been no failure to date.

September 2006was told my fuel tank was leaking and it needed to be replaced. I ask them where the leak was and they told me that it was leaking at the factor seal where the gas hose connects to the fuel tank itself.due to the fact that my warranty had expiredi was told i was to pay $1500.00 to replace it. I ended up taking it to an independent repair shop where they charged me $1100.00 to replace it on december 23 2006the shop that did the repair told me that where this leak is a factory defect and, i was lucky that my van never caughtfire.he told me that the area where this leak was a week point on the plastic tank and that it was never sealed right. The day they fixed my van they order a new and it too was broken in the same spot as mine was. They had to order another tank that same day. This is a big problem (plastic gas tank on my 2003 chevy venture). This matter need to be looked in to before some one else get hurt or dies because of the weak points in these plastics tanks i still have this tank and will submit pictures if you need me to so you can see where this defect is.

Dt: the caller said the neck of gas tankcracked.the tank was made of plastic. The caller statedgas leaked at the crack which wasin the neck right where the body of the tank started. Dealer said it was not covered by the warranty. Manufacturer said it was not a manufacturer's defect. They will offer no help for free. Caller did file a complaint with manufacturer.

I have a 2003 chevy venture mini-van. The gas tank has come apart at the filler neck assembly. This is a molded tank and is all one piece. My vehicle has 46,000 miles on it. G.m. Is willing to pay for half the cost which still amounts to $500.00 because the estimate i have received from the dealer was $893.00. However, this is not the reason for me to send this e-mail. I have taken pictures of this leak and i feel there needs to be documentation of this hazard. I find it perplexing that the manufacture and dealer would not stand behind their product regardless of the amount of miles on it. I am in the process of having the tank replaced for a cost of $250.00. But obviously, for a gas tank to come apart at the seam in a two year time frame makes me believe that the tank was defective when it was installed at the factory. Thank you for hearing my complaint. Sincerely, tim purdy.

My 2003 chevrolet venture developed a stress fracture at the bezel/collar of the gas tank which caused the tank to begin leaking at a rate of 1 gallon / hr. I did not hit anything, per the mechanic. He could find no evidence of any other damage. The leaking was so bad that i had to have the vehicle towed. I contacted chevrolet, but did not receive a response. This is a potentially dangerous situation, as the gas tank/bezel/connector hose is at a low point of the vehicle in the back. It is only through good fortune that i did not start a fire from the leaking fluid.

1.) the vehicle was being refueled. During the refueling it was noticed that fuel started pouring out from under the vehicle. 2.) looking under the vehicle a crack could be seen where the molded plastic filler neck intersected the fuel tank. A fuel spill of two thirds of a tank of gasoline.3.) the entire fuel tank was replaced with a new fuel tank ordered from gm at local garage.

My 2003 chevy venture has a leaking fuel tank.the leak is where the plastic inlet nipple meets the plastic tank.i called gm and was told that my vin did not qualify for the recall.the tank will have to be replaced.

Flashing of lights and fuel gauge floats drastically constantly.the vehicle also experienced problems with low brake fluid, the door ajar, the rear hatch ajar, and the brake light remained on. *sc

On or around this date my vehicle started to leak fuel from the fuel tank inlet check valve weld.there appears to have been a recall/special coverage # 07203 for this problem dated 8/7/07.i am informed by gm that this expired last year?? i also realize that despite fairly low mileage my vehicle is 11 years old but it is in very good condition and currently registered and has passed safety inspection in ma. My question to you is how can something as dangerous as this have a expiration date??

The fuel gauge floats all over the place you never know how much gas is in the van, and i can smell gas fumes real strong while sitting still and some times they are strong enough to smell while driving, was reading the recall list from gm on this 2003 chevy venture and i don't think my van has been recalled i am going to notify the dealership (mans chrysler ) and see why they never told me about all the recalls before they sold me the van. This van may need the fuel tank replaced and the steering has this popping sound in the right front side may need to get that checked also according to the recalls i seen on here.

After refueling, the vehicle began leaking fuel from the tank near the area where the fuel inlet enters the tank.there is a safety recall bulletin, 06230, and the vin numbers of vehicles affected does include my vehicle.however gm will not cover the cost to repair, claiming my vehicle is not affected.obviously it is affected or it would not be leaking fuel from the exact same area covered by the recall!there are several complaints on the nhtsa website stating the same experience.why won't gm cover the repair even when there is a recall?to make matters worse, gm no longer makes the replacement tank and i can not find an aftermarket tank either.

About a week after i got my mini van the fuel gauge quit working, the ignition switch started staying on in the start position, and i've got a rattle in the engine that nobody can seem to find. All of my friend's have heard this sound in the engine, but the techs keep telling me it's normal.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture. The contact stated there were gas fumes outside the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a private mechanic who stated there was a fuel tank leak by the inlet of the gas intake. The vehicle was repaired. The failure was reported to the manufacturer, who referenced a recall nhtsa campaign id number 07v349000 (fuel system; gasoline), however the vin was not included. The failure mileage was 160,000. The current mileage was 175,000.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture. While inspecting the vehicle, the contact noticed a fuel leak from the inlet tube to the fuel tank. In addition, the contact noticed fuel vapors emitting from the underneath the front driver side of the vehicle and the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician diagnosed that the fuel tank needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The contact was aware of nhtsa campaign number: 07v349000 (fuel system, gasoline). The failure mileage was unknown.updated 03/18/15*ljupdated 9/13/2017

Dt: the automatic sliding door on the mini van will open it but did not have sensor to retract. It almost shut son in the door. This happened on july 23, 2005. Has been back and forth to the dealer. The gm representativelooked at vehicle and toldconsumerit was different. The older models takemore weight to open back up. It does not have sensor like the newer models do.

Dt: received a recall for 2003 chevrolet venture.husband took vehicle to dealer to have the right hand sliding door handle replaced.when husband brought vehicle home consumer got inside and closed door with power button and then manually tried to open this new latch handle and it would not open.consumer felt that the electrical power has been switched out from this unit, the only way one can now opendoor was through power-not manually.feels this was more of safety hazard now.if the electrical system failed or in the event of a crash it could not opened manually.very upset with the recall remedy that was provided.

Sliding doors on chevy venture van keep opening , van is unsafe for kids or anyone to ride in the back because we aren't sure if the doors will open up . Dealership told us to drive the van until doors open again so they can find the problem, i can't keep anything inside the van because you think the van is locked up and you leave the van and come back and the sliding doors are open again.this also has done this while driving the van too. The dealership unplugged the remote to see if this was the problem and told us they didn't see a problem yet , so drive the van until it happens again and bring it back in.we have 3 kids, and i don't want to see my kids hurt because a door slides open while driving.i would like them to have there kids drive around in the van until the problem happens again.i can't tell you how many times the doors open and won't shut, the problem started last yr while on vac.the dealer replaced something (weather strip on floor where the door slides)but this summer it started up again. While driving about 30 mph the driver side door open.i almost ran off the road because i thought someone was in the back seat opening the door.i thank god my kids weren't in the back seat at the time this happen.

The power slidinig door on my 2003 chevrolet venture is staying shut and is coming open while driving down the road. The dealership says nothing is wrong with it!

The right side door failed to open.the consumer tried to pull the door open manually, but was unable to do so.the consumer drove to the dealer for inspection.the mechanic informed the driver that the door latch needed to be replaced due to wear and tear.please provide additional information.

My 2 year old son was climbing in the right side of the car when the automatic door starting closing. The door did not stop when it hit him closing him in the door. It took my entire weight to push the door back off of him. Dealerships system there is no problem with the door, that the 2003 ventures do not have a sensor in the door like the new models.

Passenger side sliding door does not stay shut properly.dealer has worked on it many times resulting in re-painting door.last time dealer had the car they were going to call chevy technical to have someone come look at it.i received a phone call two hours later saying that the vehicle was fixed and to come get it.all they did was put a piece of rubber on the door to keep it from hitting.when i asked why they did not call chevy technical as promised they said they didn't have to.when i asked for another "rubber bumper" for the door on the other side, they suddenly could not duplicate the product.the door will not always lock and unlock as it should and it still does not stay closed properly.if we do not use it for a couple of days it will be loose.first complaint was two weeks after purchasing the vehicle.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture. While driving 55 mph, the gear shifter failed to remain in drive and park. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.

I was stopped with the car in park when the engine started revving up and the car started lounging forward. I threw the car into park and it stopped. I looked down and my foot was only on the brake and the floor mat was where it was supposed to be.

Consumercomplained thatvehicle rolled on a slight incline. Dealer inspected the vehicle, and informed the consumer that nothing could be found wrong, and that was the normal characteristic of the vehicle. *tc

Purchased a vehicle on 3-29-08. Service engine light came on two days later.i took it to the dealership approx. Two days after that. They advised me that i must have left the gas cap opened. I advised them i had not yet gotten any gas b/c i received car on a full tank. They checked the vehicle and stated they saw nothing wrong.the transmission was then whining. It got louder i took it back they put a quart of transmission fuel.today 9-4-08 i took it back to them where they had to put another quart of transmission fuel in and the mechanic advised me that the transmission was gone and that the 6,000 mile warranty they gave me was used.i feel like i have been con until warranty was up. Not only that i advised them that i had been complaining about this issued.to come to fine out, the previous mechanic was no longer there and had not documented anything. The original management was not there either.i felt like i have been scammed.i am a single parent with two children of my own and two children that i have been raising for two years.i asked them for a reliable vehicle and they insured me that it was. After 5 months it failed me. Nobody wants to listen to me. Now i am being asked to put out 4100 for a transmission. Please further investigate this situation.

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture. The contact stated that the key was in the ignition in position c when a passenger struck the gear shift out of park and the vehicle began rolling independently.the vehicle crashed into a tree and there was a small dent on the vehicle. The current and failure mileage was approximately 96,000.

On april 27, 2007 chevrolet venture was involved in an accident involving another car when our four year old son was somehow able to put the car in neutral when the car was off. In trying to figure out how he did it we have discovered that approximately 30-50 % of the time the car can be taken out of park without engaging the brake.we have been able to determine through trial that this can be done at any stage of the vehicles operation whether it is off or most dangerously even if the engine is running.we feel 100% that this was the cause of the accident that happened.i have tried to fill out the rest of this form to the best of my knowledge.

Problems with malfunctioning drive train and or transmission. *mr the consumer released the brake and attempted to place his foot on the gas and the van rolled backwards.this occurred on two different occasions, one of which the vehicle almost struck the consumers four year old child.(the second incident occurred while the vehicle was in the drive position) *scthe front brake pads were worn out and the rotors were machined.

Consumer indicated that their young child was able to turn the keys in the ignition. They were also able to changegears from park to neutral/reverse without depressing the brake.which per the owner manual vehicle cannot change gear unless the brake is depressed. This resulted in an accident.*nlm

The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture.while driving approximately 5 mph on normal road conditions, the driver attempted to place the gear shifter into park.she noticed that the gear shifter was extremely loose and unable to shift gears.the gear selector and shift operation failures occurred intermittently.the contact stated that the failure was related to the gear shift cable.the gear shifter was temporarily repaired and the vehicle resumed normal operation.the vehicle has not been inspected by an authorized dealer.the failure and current mileages were 83,000.

The vehicle was left running and a child reached to the front seat and pulled the gear shift.the vehicle was put into reverse without the brake pedal being applied, the vehicle slowly rolled backwards and crashed into a building.a small amount of damage was done to the vehicle.i sat in the rivers seat and was indeed able to move the gear shift from park to reverse without applying the brake.this safety feature is faulty.

The gear is suppose to lock for safety, and only be applied whenthe brake is applied as child safety protection. The contact owns a 2003 chevrolet venture. The contact stated that the vehicle was being driven approximately 50 mph when the driver crashed into a deer. The seat belt did not properly restrain the driver, who sustained a mild concussion. The vehicle was able to be driven from the scene and was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The technician stated that all six seat belts needed to be replaced because they would not properly restrain a person during a crash. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 123,000.

Consumer stated the sliding door will not stay open in the locked position.seat belt guides hold seat belt so tightly it does not retract when pulled out.

Consumer's vehicle hit another vehicle head on while driving at 25 mph. The seat belt failed to retract.also, upon impact, air bags failed to deploy. The vehicle's integrated child seat did not latch properly. Please provide any additional information. *nlm

The mechanism used to tighten and loosen the integrated child seat harness strap was too accessible to the toddlers who were able to access the device and tighten/loosen the straps.it nearly caused serious injuries to the children, but was noticed in time to preventit.*scc

We have found that due to the angle of the seat belt receiver, a child safety seat cannot be adequately immobilized in either outboard second row position.i am an ex-nhtsa car safety seat technician, and know how to install very well.short of using a latch kit (which we are now using), there is no other way to prevent side to side movement of the child seat.

Driver was turning at traffic light at low speed, 200 ft from her home. When turn was complete, driver was unable to return steering wheel to forward position, nor was she able to stop the vehicle using brake pedal, until the vehicle crashed into another one parked along the street.driver was unable to explain how it could happen, and the accident was considered her fault.however, the latest gm recall regarding weakness of ignition key mechanism provides logical explanation of this accident. If the ignition key flipped to "off" position during the turn, power steering and power braking would be gone, and what driver described would make total sense. Especially taking into account that at that time the driver had several additional keys on the keychain.is it possible that 2003 chevrolet venture ignition mechanism may suffer from the same problem as ones recalled by gm?

My 2003 chevy venture lt van (41,000 mi on it) stopped at the bottom of my driveway and would not go forward.my son-in-law, ( a mechanic) checked the left back brake and found a large heavy duty spring and broken in half that held the brake shoe together.i do not know if this is a defect but it could have been dangerous if i had been on the highway and the left back wheel had frozen up on me.my son-in-law purchased a new spring from a parts dealer as the chevy dealer (did not have any in stock?).he has repaired it.

The front windshield is leaking. It is caused by not having stops in place that keeps the windshield from sliding out of place from top to bottom. We found that we had leak during a rain storm. I had another cars windshield replaced and asked the replacement company to reseal the windshield on my chevy venture. They stated to me that it was a known defect by chevy and they would not reseal it because the windshield will slide out of place again causing a leak or worse during an accident. Due to rusted rear right brake line, vehicle lost all brake fluid without warning and prevented vehicle from stopping in a timely manner. The lack of brake control caused right rear side of the van's body (just in front of the rear right wheel) to hit the protective barrier at the gas station. Upon inspection rust is now observed at several places on the brake lines as well.

The driver side passenger door sill is rusting even if the car is washed on a regular basis. The frame holding the radiator is also rusting, and a rust spot is appearing on the passenger door sill.

Dt*: the contact stated the right power sliding door of the vehicle latched close trapping a child's hand. The keys were locked inside the vehicle and an ambulance was called to assist. A paramedic had to break a window to release the child. The vehicle has not been to a dealer or independent auto repair shop to determine whether this incident was caused by a manufacturer defect.

The vehicle was parked.the button was pushed to open the passenger side sliding door, and my 3-year old son was standing still in the third row, waiting for the door to open completely.(i was standing outside, directly in front of the door as it opened.)my son's foot slipped and his leg fell out of the van, and because the door was opening it pinned his leg between the bottom bar supporting the door, and the body of the vehicle.my son was injured.the door would not stop opening despite using manual force to stop the door from opening.the button was pushed to close the door, thus providing release of my son's leg, however in order to pull him out the door closed on us and we had to again push the button to open the door.this vehicle has no sensor for the side sliding doors opening.the space between the bar on the door and the body of the vehicle is approximately 2 inches once the door is fully opened.there is adequate space for a small child to completely fall out of the vehicle and potentially be crushed.

When the vehicle was locked, the sliding door opened. The consumer stated when an object was in the way of the sliding door it continued to close instead of disengaging.please provide additional information.there is no cylinder lock and key.*tc

Tamara inflates includes my brakes as i have to press the brake pedal all the way to the floor and the van would still not stop. Also my driver's side window will not go down.

The engine rpms increased rapidly during the failure. The vehicle decelerated after repeated attempts to apply the brakes. The unexpected acceleration was recurring. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the throttle position sensor was replaced, the fuel system was flushed, and the throttle body cleaned and the cruise control cable was disabled. The failure recurred after the repairs were performed. The vehicle was not further repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the defect. The approximate failure mileage was 1,000.

Windshield wipers got tangled up in each other. Ice gets on them and they break instantly. I believe that chevy knew this would happen but didn't care. My van is a lemon and since i bought it it's been a money pit. It has less than 50,000 miles on it and it stinks. Nothing but trouble. I've also had to get a head gasket at the tender miles of 38,000. It's just a lemon. It's not safe to drive in the rain, or snow if you can't get your wipers to work. Wish they'd design the wipers they are shaped funny, and that's one thing that makes them not work well.

I have owned this van for 28 months with multiple mechanical failures. Windshield wipers are inadequate in cold weather. The windshield wipers both swing into the middle of the windshield. If in the off position one sits under the other. Both wipers are hidden under the hood. It makes it impossible to clean the snow and icethat accumulates on them. Also, blades when in their off position appear not to get any value from defroster heat. Thus, rubber blade is cold and stiff.

Driver's side wiper arm stripped on the mount causing the wiper blade to catch on the passenger side wiper blade during a rainstorm. Nut was as tight as could be. Replaced wiper arm entirely. Old part was discarded.

Drivers side wiper arm nut keeps comming loose makeing the wipers unable to work

Vehicle vibration upon the road, almost undetectable until having vehicle inspection. Because of the potential risk and operation of this moving part, it has been a span of three years by which the wheel bearing hub assemblies were replace on (left-front) & (right-rear) of the chevy venture. Parts were replaced upon inspection for tire and tread warranty inspection.
