Driving on the highway traveling about 60. When all of a sudden my truck shut down, thought my foot had got off the peddle but was still on the gas. While driving on a smooth hi-way (no vibrations) thelow beam headlights went off.i switched to hi beams and pulled off the road at first opportunity. When i switched back to low beams and they worked perfectly. This has happened 4 times in the 11 years of ownership, twice in one week.could never induce the problem.

Fuel gauge quit working.

Checking fuel indicator started to be stuck on below empty causing me to run out of gas on a few occasions.and from my understanding this has been a flaw in gm trucks for sometime now.and the cost for the repair is over $500.00.these vehicles cost too much money to have these types of problems and the dealer not think it is there responsibility to correct.

Driving on freeway at a cruise control speed of 70 mph without any warning lights or malfunctions with the truck, white smoke was noted from behind the truck.smoke immediately became worse and truck was pulled offon side of road.smoke was noted coming from under front hood as well.driver then saw flames coming up driver side window.driver ran from vehicle and it was consumed in fire.the whole vehicle was a fire bomb and destroyed. No injury was sustained by driver as of next day except to say shock and emotional trauma. Driver side door switch for safety recall of possible fire was done and serviced on april 2015.truck was in the shop the previous day for a tie rod repair, oil change, and tire rotation.mechanic said the truck lookedin good shape without any problems noted on the vehicle.i have pictures on my phone of a ball of fire that was the truck.

This vehicle was in a rear to rear accident on 06/04/13. Every since the accident the rear has been down and it was taken to serra chevrolet in bartlett, tn on 09/16/13.they determine that the rear air springs was not airing up and was not caused by the accident.the vehicle was returned to me on 09/19/13 by the collision repair shop.on 09/19/13 the vehicle was taken back to serra chevrolet in bartlett, tn and droped off for the early bird.that friday 09/20/13, i was advised that the vehicle rear compressor needed to be replaced as no psi was engaging in the rear air springs.i advised them okay and to go ahead and complete the job.they advised me that my vehicle would be ready that afternoon.call received at 3:42 pm on 09/20/13 advising that my vehicle would not be ready on 09/20/13, but would be ready by monday 09/23/13 around 11:00 am.i advised him (david lane)that i was without transportation and that i had toddler that was sick and needed transportation.he stated he did not have any vehicles that he could loan me.on monday 09/23/13, since i had not received a call at (11:00 am the promise time) i called at 12:30 pm, to check on the vehicle.at that time, i was advised that my vehicle was ready and that i could come and pick it up.i arrive to pick up the vehicle on 09/23/13 at 1:48 pm and paid $885.39. I left and took possession of my vehicle.on 09/24/13, when leaving work i noticed that my rear end was down again and i immediately called serra chevrolet and left message for david lane.he returned my call on 09/25/13 and asked that i bring the vehicle in on 09/26/13 by 8;00 am. I returned the vehicle on 09/26/13 at the time asked. An hour and a half later i was advised that the air shocks had pin holes in them and that they really needed to be replaced. He stated that this would be $551.00 in addition.i asked if the
