Airbag warning light comes on and off intermittently and dealer cannot find problem.it will come on when starting car and go off or stay on when driving. Started happening at 55000mi. Now 153000 and still intermittent.

At times, the entire electrical system fails while the vehicle is operating.typically, it quickly reboots, but at times will not restart for several minutes.this has happened while making a hard turn at low speed, in which the power steering fails, wheel jerks, and entire electrical system and engine become disabled, and has also happened at highway speed while operating on cruise control, with the electrical system typically shutting down when the blinker is engaged to change lanes.when electrical shuts down, results in complete loss of all electrical systems including power steering, brake assist, engine power, lights, etc.
I have experienced my radio and steering controls fail to respond to touch, disconnect from phone calls, my cruise control has stopped working on several occasions and is now intermittent. The vehicle's lane departure assist is intermittent as well.
Reduced or loss of power steering assist.steering wheel jerks or kicks back when turning. Service stabilitrak message with warning chime. Engine stall. Ipc going blank or inoperative. Radio/ics going blank. Hvac going blank. Hood ajar message and/or dome lamps flash when shifting into reverse. Alarm sounds when locking doors or door locks cycling. Wipers continue to run for a short time after turning off and then stop/park in the incorrect location engine stall and loss of steering almost caused a collision putting mine and others lives at risk. This has happened seven times since i bought the carin july 2021. No warning its going to happen other than dash lights flicker , warning lights on, steering fails, car dies, won't restart. Gm has a technical service bulletin #18-na-161 .i hope you can do something about this serious problem before someone is serious hurt or dies. Thank you
The transmission on my 2016 chevy suburban started to give me problems at 30000 miles, at first i didn't know it was the transmission. The truck started to jump when i switched gears, it lagged on accelerating, there was a humming noise and gears slipped. Currently at 80000 my transmission needs to be replaced car is no longer driveable. I took it for suspension problems and i kept telling dealer that the truck seemed off and further investigation it was confirmed that the transmission was failing.
While driving the door locks began opening and closing, the emergency flashers turned on and off repeatedly, the gps navigation system stopped working and the bluetooth operations failed
This has happened at least 10 different times within a month. First time i was parked and when i went to put the vehicle in drive, i tried to turn steering wheel and it seemed to lock up and all the lights started to flicker. After about a second it allowed me to use steering wheel. This seems to happen at a very slow speed. When i drive through at restaraunts, the steering wheel locks up.the radio will quit playing. If i turn off the vehicle and restart it the radio will work once again. When the vehicle does this, none of the turning signals work.
The display module was replaced. Then the heat wouldn't work so the entire display screen was replaced. There is a grinding / vibration that has not been diagnosed. Feels like it slips. It also got stuck in an acceleration and the brakes wouldn't work.
My family and i had a trip to l.a. About 2 hours away. When we were half of the trip. My truck started to flickering all interior and exterior lights. All sounds including radio and turn signal when off. After that i tried to get out of the next coming exit, before that there was a curve when the worse part happen. My truck turned off all light in the vehicle for 1 second affecting the steering wheel. I wasn't able to make the turn that was coming in front of me luckily was only 1 second that this happened then all power came back. Got out of the freeway right away. This experience was really terrible for our family and i. The motor never when off only electrical on the truck. By the way we were driving 70mph on the freeway when this happened.

Brakes wont stop in carpool on second stop. They lock up. Ive almost run into the car in front and almost ran into a kid!! dealership said it was just my brake pad and not covered byt i said it only happens in this one situation. Also - my screen/radio/movie just blacks out with no power for mo reason and fir days and then comes back. Screen was replaced once but its happening again. Had to pay 2 for to be fixed. And body molding has com off twice when front and bsck door open at same time.and window shield or attenta are letting water in my roof near my electrinic at rearview mirror. I dont have a sunroof, it should not leak! it only has 43k mikes and is warraty til 50k w extended warranty i bought butnothing is covered. First dealer told me i didnt have extended warranty. Then i went back and fkund my palerwork, now they concede i do. But they are now saying its brake pump, which they will fix, but i still have to pay labkr and new belts. They bave to remove belts to repair brake pump, which stretches belts - but they say thats not covered, nor he labor. Lots of moms with suburbans in carpool - this is a dangerous disaster waiting to kill children. Can someway say - mandatory recall? it was so scary the first time it happened but then i thought nothing bc at higher slpeds or when hitting gas betw brakes it diesnt happens. Only during school carpool.
Red flashing light goes off on windshield, seat vibrates with nothing around. Brakes and pulling to right applied for no reason. Keeps doing this
Vehicle breaks in motion without applying foot to break pedal and pulls to one side.

Transmission needs to be replaced and cunvaer belt
While driving vehicle goes into "engine power is reduced mode" preventing any accelaration.once you tap the brakes - that is your new maximum speed.if going up an incline and you slow down - new maximum speed.the vehicle will not accelerate. To make a left turn - the vehicle has to be restarted before there is any sort of power/acceleration to cross the road.a very dangerous situation especially if you cannot easily pull to the right side of the road out of harms way.this has happened 3 times with a brand new 2016 chevy suburban.resulting in a close call to an accident.when getting towed the vehicle didn't have enough power to drive up the tow truck bed and had to be winched up.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. The contact stated that there was a knocking sound in the engine compartment while driving at any speed. The sound occurred without warning. Also, water leaked into the vehicle via the external antenna when it rained. The vehicle was taken to peltier chevrolet (903-705-7933, located at 2700 w sw loop 323, tyler, tx 75701) where the technician stated that there was no recall and that the warranty expired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and confirmed what the dealer stated. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. The contact stated while driving various speeds, the vehicle had experienced engine misfiring and the transmission would malfunction causing the vehicle to stop accelerating while depressing the accelerator pedal. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The local dealer bolivia chevrolet (199 nj-17, east rutherford, nj 07073) was notified of the failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 10,000. Invalid vin.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. While driving 30 mph, the vehicle failed to accelerate. Also, the brakes failed to respond when the brake pedal was depressed and the vehicle stalled. The failure recurred two more times. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 14,000.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. The contact stated that while the vehicle was idle, the vehicle made a choking sound as if the vehicle was about to shut-off. The brake pedal was stiff requiring extra effort than normal for the vehicle to come to a stop. While turning left or right at low speeds, the steering wheel was difficult to turn and made an abnormal hissing sound. The contact stated that there was oil leaking from the front-end of the vehicle. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer who diagnosed that the vacuum pump failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and confirmed that due to the mileage on the vehicle, the vehicle no longer qualified for the special recall related to the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 119,000.

My ac condenser went out 2 days after having my car serviced at the chevy dealership. Called chevy and said nothing they could do to help me.
When driving on the freeway the motor loses power or feels like wants to turn off. When driving on freeway the suv sometimes trys to brake by itself and warned that something was in front of me with a clear freeway.
Since purchase, our vehicle has been towed into the dealership because it would not turn off and we had to disconnect the battery. The vehicle did that 2 more times after being towed in. It has had new motor mounts, new rotars, and has been in a gm service center 16 times. The most recent incident was when the vehicle died on a highway with 2 children in the car. Please see attached work history for the vehicle

The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. While driving various speeds, the vehicle stalled without warning and began to shake. The vehicle was towed to ed bozarth chevrolet of las vegas, nevada where it was diagnosed that the fuel line vapor lock failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. Both the dealer and the manufacturer advised the contact to use "91 octane fuel only" in the vehicle. The failure mileage was 23,000. The vin was not available.
I currently own a 2016 suburban. I have a concern with how chevrolet has went to electric safety locks for the rear doors. One button on the driver's door safety locks both rear doors instead of each door having a manual lock in the door sill. My children are older and can get out the vehicles when safe however i have a 20 year old autistic son who knows how to open the door and as soon as we stop he tries opening the door. I have to time it just right to let the kids out of one door before he can open his. Also some times i forget to safety lock the back doors because he's not always with me. This has become a real safety issue with him. He'll get out of truck before i'm out so i can't prevent him from running away or into oncoming traffic. I assume other people with multi age or ability passengers have the same issue. I am also afraid that new buyers with children or special needs passengers may not realize this "feature" and should know about it prior to making a vehicle purchase. I do not know if other manufacturers are doing the same thing. Regards,
The braking is sluggish at low speeds, my wife has had several near misses because of this. It takes excessive brake pedal pressure to stop the vehicle and has a longer stopping range. This is dangerous and should be addressed by gm and the government agency having jurisdiction over vehicle safety.
Our vehicle which is used to move myself, my wife and our four children, has been experiencing lunging, vibrations, noise, like hitting the rumble strips in the road. Gm dealer said it was normal. Tachometer was fluctuating 250rpms, constantly. I was concerned when the dealer found nothing. I took the vehicle to a transmission specialist repair shop, the transmission shop said they have repaired over 80 gm vehicles, they all have a bad torque converter which comes apart and the metal destroys the transmission when it circulated through the transmission. Gm is telling people it's normal, putting people's lives in jeopardy for a defective part. After talking to other people with gms, this is common. I'm paying out of pocket to have our vehicle repaired. This is the 4 gm we have purchased. We won't be buying anymore till this issue is resolved on an $80,000 vehicle.
I bought a brand new 2016 suburban.in april of 2018, it had a brand new gm transmission installed.now, in november of 2019, my mechanic says it has to have another new transmission.i own 4 different gm suv's, 2 yukons and 2 suburbans.one yukon is 2015, one suburban and one yukon are 2016, and one suburban is 2017.each different gm vehicle has had to have at least one new transmission almost each year...and each new transmission fails after about 110k miles..slightly out of the reach of my warranty.this should not happen, and gm will not do anything about it.

Excess play at differentialcausing clunking noise when shifting into gear, when giving gas after letting go of gas pedal at cruising , and when slowing down without breaking.
Transmission has jumped and not shifted smoothy sincw 20,000 miles.at 100,000 mile transmission went out.would not drive over 45 mph.
Vehicle lost power due to transmission failure at 66,000 miles.
Vehicle has had brake and transmission issues for 2 years now, culminating in complete transmission failure on 12/20/20.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. While driving various speeds, the rpms fluctuated from high to low. The vehicle stalled and was towed to the contact's residence. The failure caused the vehicle to hesitate during acceleration. An independent mechanic diagnosed that the transmission was burned out. Ed rinke chevrolet buick gmc (26125 van dyke ave, center line, mi 48015, (866) 461-1170) was contacted and provided pricing and warranty information for a new transmission. The manufacturer was not contacted. The vehicle was currently at the independent mechanic's shop. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 135,500.
2016 chevrolet suburban has a serious vibration issue.the vehicle vibrates when it stays at a constant and even speed. Seems like when it goes into the 4 cylinder mode. This vibration causes headaches and vertigo when we are on long trips.i have had it in the chevrolet dealer service department several times and is currently there now.i have read where this is a common issue with this vehicle.
When shifting from park to drive, tramission slips out and revs the engine. At intersections suv does not move posing a hazard as vehicle has no power to move. Intermiditaly vehicle loses power at speed and having to stop at side of road.
Transmission has a delay when accelerating from stop light or when trying to accelerate to get up to speed.
Transmission is in need of a rebuild with only 109,000 miles. Very frustrating for a vehicle as expensive as this.
I have had 2 suburban in the last 5 years and the transmission failed right around 100k miles on both. They have a serious issue with it but have managed to get away with it as there has been no class action against it. My 2015 suburban broke down around 96k miles and my 2016 suburban at 101k. I'm sure if this is further researched then 90% of the these models must have reported the same problem around 100k. I'm looking forward to sue gm over this, as after spending over us$125000.00 on making payments on 2 cars and don't have a car that i can trust for long trips, as it always happened when i was with my family on a long trip and had to spend thousands in making alternative arrangements to get home safely. Before my last trip, i sent my suburban at the dealership for a 100k miles service at 99836 miles where i was in warranty where they checked and said everything looks fine for the trip and did a basic oil change with inspection but after a week of touring the transmission boke down at around 101250 miles. Where i had to shell out $6200 in total as the car went out of warranty in a week time. The break down is $4500 for repairs, $850 for shipping the car, $500 in car rental and hotel, $350 broken windshield in transit. Both of my cars have always been to dealership for the service and periodic maintenance but its their defected transmission that would never hold up.i'm looking for people who would want to make a class action lawsuit against this and bring justice to all owners. I have the vin for both of my suburban where one was bought used with only 8k miles on it with extended warranty and the other was brand new.
Transmission just started acting weird. The fluid was changed and now is worse than before. It shifts hard or the rpm revs up to almost 3000 rpm before finally shifting to the next gear. It happens in motion and on a street in a city.
Suburban has 125,000 miles. No warning lights ever came on. It was driving fine. Stopped at a gas station and put it in park. When it was put back in drive, it wouldn't go. The rpm's revved up and the vehicle would not shift into gear. After stopping on the side of the road, re-started vehicle. It went into drive and got us to a safe location. However, as soon as we tried to go anywhere, it continued to not shift into gear. Still no warning lights came on. It was taken to a chevrolet service center. They said the transmission pump was out. Additionally, they have been repairing 3-4 2016 chevrolet suburban transmissions every month. All with low miles.
While driving on a road the engine revved with high rpm and the transmission suddenly disengaged. There was no warning and no light came on the dashboard. This rendered the vehicle unable to accelerate while in traffic.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. While the vehicle was stationary, all of the seat belts would not latch into their harnesses. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The vin was unknown. The failure mileage was 4,000.

Both driver and passenger heated elements no longerare functional. Temperature doesn't get warm on the passenger side, and driver side doesn't work at all. Purchased the vehicle this way, and mechanics said gm made the low temp mandatory, tried to explain, not working at all. The insisted it was a gm manufacturing issue.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. The contact stated that while the vehicle accelerated, the rear middle seats unlatched and closed. As a result, the passengers could be injured due to the failure. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the failure was undetermined. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 1,500.
Some time when i brake, the car do not stop immediately is slighting before stopping by short brake, and backward driving the car do not want to stop and after, driving again regularly is fine i had the car in service they say the car is fine...........i tough maybe i have to renew the brake but no brake are finethis problem began on january 1017 until now, butin period of coming and goi ask the service is any recalls? they told me" suburban do not have any "recalls"
Bought vehicle new with zero miles from chevrolet dealer in 2016.had approx 69,000 miles when these two events below happened.the first instance my wife was driving alone and at the end of a long trip in a hotel parking lot in nc charlotte area.. No brake pressure at a very slow speed after coming off interstate. Vehicle did stop but peddle had to go to floor..this on 10/20/2018the second time, my wife was driving with me and midway on a long trip, came off the interstate in scto get gas and at very slow speed while in the gas station the brake peddle lost pressure and had to go to floor to stop. 10/28/2018has not happened since these dates as of 12/1/2018

Pedal hard to press, vibration and longer stopping distance.
Vacuum booster went completely bad at 49,000 miles there is no safety recall on this issue and this can cause your brakes to not work, makes them extremely hard to push exerting all your strength to get the breaks to work. The first time this happened was weeks ago at a stop light when the breaks quit working, i nearly hit the car in front of me. I took it immediately to les scwab and they said the vacuum booster was out and to take it to the dealer. Gm informed me that it's not covered under the warranty. I had to pay out of my pocket to fix and issue that several people have reported and i joined a class action lawsuit with other owners of 2015-2016 chevy suburban all with under 50k miles some had this issue at 20k miles. Gm is aware of the issue and continues to do nothing about the problem putting peoples lives in danger everyday.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. While driving low speeds, the brakes failed. The contact had to use force when depressing the brake pedal to stop the vehicle. Also, the check engine warning indicator illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer and manufacturer were not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 200,000.
We were coming to a stop sign when the brakes became very firm and were not bringing the vehicle to the stop, which almost caused the truck to creep into a busy 4 was stop intersection and potentially cause a collision.shortly after, in a drive through when creeping from full stop to pull up slightly, the pressure was difficult to apply to the brake and after forcibly applying pressure the vehicle came to a very delayed stop, very nearly causing a collision with vehicle ahead in line.i have taken the vehicle to the chevy dealership, where i was advised the issue qualified for extended special warranty per the manufacturer, however, i never received any notification of the potential known issue and firmly believe given the issue being a significant detriment to safety - i'd expect a more proactive safety recall as opposed the the passive break-fix approach.
Hard brake pedal at least 6 times. Pedal gets hard during low-speed conditions, when either backing up or when the rear avoidance system is activated. Lasts about three minutes, then goes back to normal
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. While driving approximately 5 mph, the brake pedal was depressed, but failed to operate as intended. While driving slow speeds, the brake pedal required additional effort to stop the vehicle. The contact stated that the failure was more prevalent while the vehicle was being reversed at slow speeds. While driving highway speeds, the brakes operated normally. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the brake fluid reservoir, brake booster, and brake master cylinder needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The contact was then informed that the vacuum pump needed to be replaced. The repair was still pending. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired per nhtsa campaign number: 19v645000 (service brakes, hydraulic) at bellavia chevrolet buick (199 nj-17, east rutherford, nj 07073, (201) 355-2885); however, it caused the failure to become more evident. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 116,000.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. The contact stated that the vehicle experienced brake failure while driving at low speeds. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was not yet taken to a dealer however, davis gainesville chevrolet (2600 n main st, gainesville, fl 32609, (352) 519-4131) was contacted and informed of the failure. An appointment was schedule. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.the consumer stated the vehicle was repaired.
When coming to a stop, brakes were not stopping the vehicle. It felt like there was no pressure behind the brake pedal. The pedal would push to the floor and still not stop the vehicle. After taking it to our local chevrolet dealership, they determined that the vacuum pump was going out and needed to be replaced.
The brake pedal is hard to push at low speeds in traffic. It is very difficult to get the car to come to a complete stop especially my wife. Its a shock because it shouldnt take a lot of effort to press the brakes but at low speed you really have too. We have had several near misses with rear ending the vehicle in front because of the difficulty pressing brake.
Brake failure at speeds below 5 mph. Usually when backing into a parking space. Had to replace failed vacuum pump and hose to fix
Vacuum pump went out while driving on the turnpike and the brakes locked up
On saturday, march 7th, 2020, i was driving my 2016 suburban on one of the most dangerous roads in northern california, ca (sr -17).it is a windy road and very dangerous.my trip from san jose, ca to santa cruz, ca is a 35 mile trip, both 2 lanes each way and very tight.there are turnouts but very treacherous in certain spots.anyhow, on my way back home from santa cruz, i was heading south bound on sr-17 and just passing (summit road) also known as sr-35.when passing summit road, i started to descend down the two lane road at a speed of 45 miles.we all came to a sudden stop because of an accident ahead (which one cannot see because of the winding road ahead).after being stopped for a minute, the traffic started to move at a very slow pace (1 car length at a time).my first release of the brake was short and i coasted for a second, i applied pressure onto my brakes to stop.a load roaring sound came from the pressing on the brakes and my pedal pumped back against my foot.i was able to stop, but was very concerned because i had never experienced this before.after the 4th stop and go, i lost all braking power and needed to pull over to the side (which is very hard on sr-17!).luckily, there was a turnout about 1 car length ahead and since i was in the left lane of the 2 lane road, i began coasting with my brake pedal slammed onto the floor and honking my horn and veering into the turnout while cutting people off (luckily not causing an accident or running into the tree next to the turnout).i managed to get to the turnout and came to a stop (miraculously) and shoved the car into park and applied the emergency brake after i stopped.
When moving at slow speeds in both reverse and forward, brake pressure was lost causing pedal to go near floor and increasing stopping distance. Turned vehicle off/on, condition continued. Gained more speed (10-20 mph) in parking lot and normal braking returned. Plan to take to dealer tomorrow--will not allow wife/kids to continue to use vehicle with this defect. Pedal stiffness varied during incident akin to pedal feel when bleeding brakes; braking during incident felt like abs pulsing on ice. Incident previously occurred with wife driving in reverse approximately two months ago. One incident occurred in drive through, another incident while backing out of parking spot in parking lot.
Increase break pedal, hard brake pedal increases stoping distance low speed when softly applying the brake. This problem is come and go.
At low speeds the abs kicks in increasing stopping times in traffic.dealership ran a recall that updated the system but problem has increased. Dealership says it is a known issue with the vacuum pump for the assisted brake system but wants $900 to fix it.if its a known issue why isnt gm fixing the issue.we dont spend this much on a vehicle to spend even more to fix it.*pm
A few weeks ago, i was backing out of a driveway and my brake pedal became stiff and would not move. My 2016 suburban ltz kept sliding, i stood on the brake even though it wasn't slowing and shifted to drive.i tried again, it happened a couple of times, but i attributed it to the rain.today, i was in town and backing out of a parking space, the brake pedal stuck again and my suburban kept going back.there were other vehicles parked near me, i put it in drive once again as soon as i could.i drove through town to my next stop and called my husband to tell him what happened.the suburban drove fine through town, i was very cautious and scared.as i was pulling into the parking place of my next stop, the brake pedal did it again.i had already mentally prepared for what to do if this happened again, so this time i mashed my emergency brake, just barely stopping before hitting the car parked in front of me.my husband told me not to drive it, he was coming to get me and our kids, we called chevrolet roadside service.a wrecker came and towed it to a nearby dealership.it will be the middle of next week before they can look at it.dealership didn't have any courtesy cars, so i am out of pocket for a rental right now, but i don't have a choice.i can't put my children's, mine, or other's lives in danger.we bought this suburban new and it has 36k miles on it.of course at this point i have no idea what the issue is, so that's why i got online and began researching, after i found the other complaints i figured since this sounds like the same issue, i need to report it.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. While driving 10 mph, the vehicle failed to come to a complete stop when the brake pedal was depressed. The contact mentioned that excessive pressure was needed on the brake pedal to stop the vehicle. While driving at high speeds, an abnormal noise was detected from the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 101,000.
Brake pedal is hard to push at low speeds and vehicle takes longer than usual to make a complete stop
The brake pedal is hard to push at low speeds in traffic. It is difficult to get the car to come to a complete stop.had several near misses with rear ending vehicle in front because of the difficulty pressing brake.
When reversing the vehicle, the brakes became stiff and didn't work properly. In order to get the suv to stop, excessive force had to be used on the brake pedal. We narrowly missed another car. We turned the car off and on and had the same issue going in reverse and forward. Tow truck took it to the dealership.
Red flashing light goes off on windshield, seat vibrates with nothing around. Brakes and pulling to right applied for no reason. Keeps doing this
Issues with stabilitrak and antilock brake. It's making it harder to brake.
On july 8 i took my suburban in for the 30,000 miles service. Everything seemed fine, i drove it the next day. I didn't noticed any problems. On the 10th, i started noticing my brakes didn't want to stop. Also it was like it was rolling back, especially when you were at a slow speed. In the beginning i thought i was overreacting until it kept happening. It was very scary i'm thankful that i didn't hit anyone. Because it was uncontrollable. When i got him i'm on a slight hill & it was rolling as i'm trying to stop it with my brakes. After talking to my advisor after 5 because i was so upset that i just spent 410 dollars on monday. They said they didn't have any loaners however they were able to accommodate me. I also wonder why they didn't catch this on monday.i did notice that there was a brake assist light appeared. I definitely feel like this should be a recall on this situation. So my vehicle is at the dealership i don't know any further details yet. Thank you
Vehicle has had brake and transmission issues for 2 years now, culminating in complete transmission failure on 12/20/20.
After notice of recall regarding breaking issues at slow speeds, dealership updated software and stated all that is needed from the recall. Three days later breaks were faulty at slow speeds needing to push extremely hard on pedal. Called the dealership and they stated the vacuum pump is acting up and needed to be replaced. It seemed as if they knew this could happen. We didn't have any issues with the brakes until the software or module was updated. The recall is deceptive in that it called for replacement or update to module nothing about the vacuum pump. Researching the recalls it seems the vacuum pump is the issue.
At idle rpms, when inching forward loss of power breaks. Also when backing up, loss of breaks. Have to push on breaks super hard to stop vehicle.
While driving vehicle, the brakes suddenly became very hard to depress. This caused the driver, my father who borrowed the vehicle, to have to two-foot the brake in order to get any sort of braking to occur. While doing this, he was moving at a 25-30 mph and had to steer into a parking lot. Stopping distance increased dramatically over what would have been a normal driving condition. After some time, while trying to hobble the vehicle to a mechanic and using only back roads, the brakes began to work again with full and normal feel on the brake pedal. It should be noted too that there was a loud sound coming from the brakes at that time and that rotors, brake pads, etc. Was all in good shape as is/was still in very good working order.
The brakes act like they wont work. When you hit them there is a pulsating feeling and when i was trying to stop last night i almost hit a car. When i pulled out of the parking lot, i had to press the brake and push down where i felt the air actually leaving the line. Weve already replaced the front and rear breaks thinking that was the issue and its still happening. We bought the car in may 2020 and this started happening around 12/2020
Hard to press, vibration and longer stopping distance.
I was pulling into a parking space in a high school parking lot for my son's basketball tournament.as a applied the brakes to come to a complete stop, my truck would not stop.i ended up hitting a parked car and a cement light pole.my two daughters were in the truck with me and we were understandably shook up and emotional.the next day i received a letter in the mail from gm about the mechanical vacuum pump output may decrease at low speeds.i brought my truck into the dealership immediately and they diagnosed that the vacuum pump needed to be replaced.i am currently waiting for gm to reply in regards to how they will handle the damage to my truck and the other vehicle i hit.
While traveling at 35 mph with my 3 children. I came to a red light and attempted to stop, but the brake pedal was so stiffthat i was unable to stop in time. Luckily there were no vehicles in the intersection as i could not brake and had to take the red light. I came to a halt as i ran into a parking lot median. I took it to lake chevrolet and found that i was a 105 miles out of the extended warranty. Now i am left with a $1000+ bill that could have been avoided if gm would notify customers of faulty brake booster. This incident could have been worse. I had just exited the freeway traveling at speeds of 65 mph+ i no longer feel safe in vehicle. I have read to many complains about this same issue and it keeps returning even after repairs.
Sitting in traffic at dead stop and car started moving forward. Breaks were not working.put car in park and turned off engine. Breaks started working.took truck to dealership vacuum pump was defective.
An intermittent issue where the bakes fail to engage at low speed. I've noticed it when pulling into parking spaces and inching forward in stop and go traffic. It feels as if there is no hydraulic pressure in the system, and i can feel the abs pulsing the pedal when it happens.took it to the gm dealer - they said the brake vacuum pump is failing.full replacement of the pump is needed.
2016 chevrolet suburan. Consumer writes in regard tosafety recall gm n192268490 and request a reimbursement for repairs made to vehicle that fell under the recall. *asthe consumer stated the break pedal became hard to depress causing the driver to have to swerve from hitting another vehicle.
The breaking system malfunctions causing the car to not be able to break at slow speeds. They are aware of this issue but won't fix the issue unless your car is under a certain amount of miles. It happens every time i'm in a parking lot going to park, the breaks give out. In line at a drive through, the breaks give out. Its to the point i have to give myself room between me and other vehicles incase i can't stop in time. They say its an vacuum bag issue, they came out with a "fix" the fix made it worse on my car and they are refusing to pay for the real fix. This has been an ongoing issue so i put the date as beginning of the year
When trying to stop from a coast, in reverse or moving forward the vehicle is very hard to stop, brake pedal will not push down.i was told the brake booster was faulty and needed to be replaced, other people with this vehicle have had the same issue.first happened in school pick up line could have easily hit a child or another vehicle.
Rollling down my drive way my brakes went out. Very spongy. Pressed multiple times and was able to come to a stop with the help of my front bushes. Master cylinder is full brakes are less than a year. I see online that this is a problem with 2014-2018 chevy trucks and suvs. If my wife was driving she could have been hurt. Heaven forbid my kids where in there too. This is obviously a defect in manufacturing and design and should be remedied by chevy.
At low engine rpm the brakes become extremely hard to push after being depressed 1-2 times.this almost resulted in a loss of control while coming down a long grade.i checked with chevrolet and they say there is no active recall for this vehicle.
Brake pedal became hard an ineffective at low speed while in parking lot.this has happened 3x over last year.
Brakes became extremely hard to press at a low speed. Had to swerve onto the shoulder while going down a hill because i wasn't able to stop. This has happened several times.
Brake pedal would not depress while car was in motion resulting in car failing to stop.
The braking is sluggish at low speeds, my wife has had several near misses because of this. It takes excessive brake pedal pressure to stop the vehicle and has a longer stopping range. This is dangerous and should be addressed by gm and the government agency having jurisdiction over vehicle safety.
Vehicle breaks in motion without applying foot to break pedal and pulls to one side.
I have 2016 suburban. 6 months ago i started feeling how hard it is to press on the break paddle, especially when i drive uphill or downhill. It was so bad that i almost ran into my house 3 times. I have a driveway sloped down. I took my car to dealer and they confirmed the hardship of pressing on the break paddle and replaced some pump costing me $750. I end up taking the case to the chevrolet corporat and only was refunded $325. I feel like this is a big safety issue anda manufacturer defect. They should of covered entire bill and compensated for moral distress i incurred. Here is a link to same issue discussed: https://www.carcomplaints.com/news/2017/gm-brake-pedals-hard.shtml
Since buying this car in 2016 i have had brake problems but did not realize. Anytime i put it reverse or forward while parking my brake pedal would get so hard., it was very hard to step on it to stop the car. Computer kept saying brake assist and i never thought much of it. Problem continued to get progressively worse where i could not even stop the car. I finally took it into the dealership and they replaced the brake vacume pump.there were a few times especially on hill parking that i thought i was going to hit another car. It only happened while parking, traffic or drive troughs at low speeds
2016 chevy suburban ltz model havea condition where driver experience brake pedal efforts , hard brake pedal , and potentially increased stopping distance. It happen while parallel parking , slowly going down the hill, the condition is more prevalent at low speed when softly applying the brakes. Mechanic mention mechanical vacuum pump outputmay decrease over time decreasing the amount of vacuum/power brake assist. It happen on highway while stop and go traffic, while parking , going down the hill.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. The contact stated that the brake pedal was very difficult to depress and the vehicle would not immediately stop. Also, a ticking noise was present coming from the brake vacuum pump. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not notified. The failure mileage was 86,000.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. While driving unknown speeds. The brake pedal was applied, but was difficult to depress. The brake light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to frank brown gmc (5802 texas 327 spur, lubbock, tx 79424, (806) 853-8770) where it was diagnosed that the brake pads were rubbing on the rotors. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was also taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the brake booster needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 59,963.
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. While at a stop light, the contact briefly depressed the accelerator pedal and then quickly depressed the brake pedal; however, the vehicle failed to stop. As a result, the contact rear ended another vehicle. The contact did not sustained injuries and nether was the two driver and rear passengers. The driver from the other vehicle sustained neck injuries that required medical attention.a police report was filed. The contact was able to drive the vehicle to her residence. The vehicle was later taken to doug's nw cadillac dealer, located at 17545 aurora ave n, shoreline, wa 98133, (855) 218-9325, where it was diagnosed that the vacuum pump and belt brake assist decrease due to lost and was replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 28,373.
The display module was replaced. Then the heat wouldn't work so the entire display screen was replaced. There is a grinding / vibration that has not been diagnosed. Feels like it slips. It also got stuck in an acceleration and the brakes wouldn't work.
Poor low speed breaking, specifically: after braking, subsequent attempts to brake result in failure of brakes and or complete depression of pedal and lurching haults. This occurs most frequently in traffic, city driving and stop signs/lights. Usually at lower speeds but possible and occurred at highway speed.
Front passenger spindle / thimble that connects the lower ball joint sheared off. Suburban drops to ground, bolt end of lower ball joint hits and breaks through back of wheel that results in a deflated tier. Repair items listed by chevy service center. Replace right lower ball joint alignment replace right front steering knuckle replace right front wheel, monitor and stem, reprogram replace broken front spoiler replace rf fender liner with the low speed of travel , about 8mph there were no safety issues. Vehicle and broken steering knuckle has been inspected by service agent and manager at fred bean chevy, doylestown, pm. Their position is normal wear, "we must have had impact at some time to cause initial fracture". Extended warranty agrees with view stated from fred bean. Our insurance company is sending an agent to inspect. No warning lamps, messages, etc presented in driver display.
Thank you
This has happened at least 10 different times within a month.
Lost power steering while driving at around 60 mph on a freeway, barely avoiding crashing into multiple vehicles, adjusted my speed to avoid others, happened on a curve with an associated message for the loss of steering. Thank god traffic was light, its the weekend.
Power steering completely failed same as in 2015. My wife could not steer the vehicle. After leaving a parking spot driving down street my wife was not strong enough to turn the wheel. Power steering failure appeared on the dash , she ended up on a neighbor's lawn. Chevy would only cover a portion. 2000.00 my cost to fix for a part chevy knows if faulty. Vehicle has 50000 miles. Just thankful my wife and three kids were not on the highway when this happened.
While driving my vehicle with my children inside i happen to experience probably the worst experience while driving. I got a error message on my screen "power steering drive with care"at 50 mph. I almost caused an accident with this. This is a huge safety concern. Problem started at 37,500 miles. I have been reading complaints and recalls and they all state 2015s and below with this problem. This issue is across all vehicles in the chevy lineup. Found a video on youtube to see if it were a simple fix and it did "fix" temporarily". Problem came back even worse. Took vehicle to dealer and i am out of warranty and they want $2500 for the part (elec. Power steering pump & installation). There are no error codesdtc showing when plugged to obd port. Looking for a resolution from the manufacturer as this is a huge concern and for my family.
I constantly have to turn the steering wheel (adjusting) from side to side in order to maintain a straight direction, even when the road is straight.it is especially necessary when driving on highways.the only time i don't have to constantly correct the steering is when there is a constant side wind from one side.it is as if i'm driving a high mileage vehicle with worn steering components.the issue has persisted from day one when the vehicle was bought new.this is my fourth suburban, and the first time i have this issue.i have been informed that the first three suburban's had hydraulic p/s; and that this suburban has electronic p/s.i have complained to the dealership multiple times, and been told there is nothing they can do about it.i have also reported it to gm under case number 8-3065886402.
My steering wheel pops or makes a cracking noise when turning the steering wheel. I believe this is usually occurring at low speed's. I mostly notice it when driving off or slowing down and making a turn.also my truck is leaking water from the top right corner of the vehicle
When driving my new 2016 chevrolet suburban, i am experiencing a droning sound like a window being down.some refer to it as booming/ tunneling noise.mine starts at around 45 mph.
While driving saturday morning 10/26/2019, the front door applique on the driver's side was blown off.this applique has been noticed before raising away from the body.i previously owned a 2015 suburban.the door appliques on that model also had to be replaced a my expense.a price of $150.00 per door was quoted to me.as answer to the question as to whether or not the repairs would eliminate future problems, the serviceman felt nothing would change.it is very likely that i would be responsible for similar repairs in the future.

2016 chevrolet suburban the roof is coming lose form the roof bows.there is a bad vibration throughout the whole vehicle causing it to wonder the road.there is a wind buffering noise in the vehicle that is causing me severe headaches and ears to pop.it is also affecting my children as they cry more than normal when we go for rides in this vehicle.the wind buffering noise is affecting my health and well being.the rear end is making noise in my vehicle.my dash is rattling extremely bad and a piece fell out of the bottom of the dash and hit my 2 year old daughter on the head as she was laying in the floorboard while parked at a softball practice.the piece that fell out and hit her on the head did not even belong in the dash to begin with.the vehicle feels like all four tires are out of balance.the door paneling is coming loose from the door and the door makes a squeaking and popping noise when it opens and closes.all of these problems are well known problems and gm is doing nothing to repair the issues that is working.also, the running boards (power deployable) rattle real bad from the light that is in the bottom of them.oh, this does not include the electrical issues this vehicle is having.the back lift gates sounds like it is about to cave the vehicle in when it shuts.it shakes the whole vehicle and it should not do that.
The power tailgate comes down with such energized force that myself as a 5'10" adult athlete cannot stop it. Just yesterday it almost decapitated my 10-year old daughter, bruised her head and strained her neckabout one year ago i took the suburban in to my dealer, hendricks chevrolet and they said there was nothing they could do about it.after yesterday's incident, i scheduled a service call to being it back on tomorrow, march 17th and told them if they did not fix it, we would what other owners are facing the same dangerous problem to force them to fix it, hence why we are contacting you.the vehicle is parked, in stationary position.
The contact rented a 2016 chevrolet suburban. The contact stated that the liftgate closed independently on three occasions. The failure occurred without warning. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vin was unknown. The failure mileage was approximately 28,952.
Car shakes at speeds over 65mph with no solution from dealer or chevrolet after multiple trips to dealer for a permanent repair. Or response from chevrolet customer service
My issue sounds very similar to nhtsa id no. 11254723.i had to have the front struts replaced after it was found that they were blown during an inspection.the vehicle only has approximately 60k miles, which is much shorter than the life expectancy of struts.i was told by the repair shop that a technical service bulletin (05-03-08-002h) has been published.should this be a recall?
I just purchased this vehicle a month ago and already received a recall for the software airbag issue. I traded my 2010 chevy suburban for this new one and have noticed that the moment i get onto the freeway and start to accelerate the car starts to vibrate so bad that anything in the middle console starts to rattle and the console will spill any drinks sitting there in the cupholders. I have owned chevy vehicles all my life and am very annoyed that this is happening. Something is seriously wrong. I also just noticed that there is a recall for the suspension recall 42190 and parts are not available at this time i just bought this vehicle in sept 2016 and it only has 800 miles on it and notices went out may-june 2016 and i was not made aware when i purchased this vehicle. I will also talk to the dealership according to this recall the vehicle should not be driven until its fixed. Who was going to tell me this had i not looked it up and not driving it is impossible its our only vehicle and were a family of 7. Four of those are my babies. I also will be taking it in due to the recall 16007. The vibration of the vehicle will also be discussed as well.

Our insurance company is sending an agent to inspect. No warning lamps, messages, etc presented in driver display.
My vehicle failed pa state safety inspection due to leaking front struts.the vehicle only has 56k miles on it.
I own a 2016 chevy suburban ltz purchased feb 29, 2016.it is now at the dealer and for a second time dealing with a vibration issue starting at approximately 43 mph and continuing to worsen as speed increases.the tires have been road forced balance but vibration is still present.this is the second suburban with issues, the 2015 i had was so problematic that gm did trade assistance to get me out of it, but it still cost me money.the current 2016 suburban as only 1600 miles on it and vibration issues began at approximately 900 miles.i cannot describe the inconvenience and frustration i am experiencing for a vehicle costing more than $70,000.gm knows there is a problem and their lack of fixing it or addressing it is nothing short of criminal theft.they take people's money knowing their vehicles are sub-standard then relegate me to a pathetic loaner vehicle, tell me it is "normal" and in the end toss a little money for "trade assistance" resulting in another problematic issue.i beg and implore you as the federal regulatory agency to make gm accountable immediately.either force them to immediately fix these vehicles, force them to buy them back at full purchase prices and stop them from selling them immediately.frankly, this issue is the same as vw with tdi engines except that gm is not covering it up and feds are not forcing the hand.help protect the money and lives of us citizens.there have been numerous complaints!
The contact owns a 2016 chevrolet suburban. While driving 30 mph, the front passenger wheel detached from the axle. The contact lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a tree. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed. The contact sustained minor injuries, the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was awaiting diagnostic testing and repairs. The failure mileage was 40,000. I passenger later went to er for workup due to head injury. Manufacturer was contacted. Updated 10/15/18
When driving my new 2016 chevrolet suburban, i am experiencing a droning sound like a window being down.some refer to it as booming/ tunneling noise.mine starts at around 45 mph.
I googled "air not working 2016 suburban" earlier on in the week. I found a video saying chevy has had a problem with the air compressors going bad. Was hoping that wasn't the case with mine. Took it to a mechanic today and he said the air compressor went bad and leaked. $1025 to repair. I told him my findings from earlier on in the week and mentioned the video. He (my mechanic mark) stated he has replaced many before. I asked since he has replaced many before is this a recall issue. Mark stated not to his knowledge. Here i sit googling "2016 suburban air compressor" and i find this site and another site in reference to a law suit a gentleman filed. If this is a common issue, which it seems to be, chevrolet needs to step up and correct the problems. Especially after reading a bunch of complaints about the reason the air compressors aren't functioning properly, leaking, and just breaking is due to too much pressure on the air compressor air lines.
My suburban is less than 10 months old and the sunroof exploded while driving down the highway at 65-70 mph.it was not due to the environment because the glass bubbled upward and blew out.general motors/chevrolet refuses to repair the sunroof stating that it is not under warranty.again, my vehicle is 10 months old, and has 25,000 miles on it.i did not want a sunroof due to the nationwide issues of the glass exploding while driving, or even while sitting in the driveway; however, gm/chevrolet forces the sunroof upon you with the navigation and dvd player package.not only is this a huge safety hazard for my family and i, it is also a safety hazard for other motorists on the road.upon the explosion, it sounded like a gun shot and startled all passengers and caused a distraction while behind the wheel.gm/chevrolet stated that i need to file a claim with my auto insurance.i don't see how a manufacturer defect is my fault.with nationwide class action lawsuits, on exploding sunroofs, you would think the manufacturers would be held accountable for producing defective and unsafe products.in my opinion, sunroofs need to be banned from manufacturing due mainly to the high risks they impose on motorists and their passengers. Use to, the only issue with sunroofs was the increased potential for leaking.now, within the past 6 years, we have to worry about being put at risk for spontaneous explosions, at not fault of the driver.i want general motors held accountable! had my children and i been seriously injured who would have been held responsible then? even if the manufacturer repairs my sunroof, my family and i are still at an increased risk for shards of glass to spontaneously start falling on us and flying into our face and eyes.fortunately, on this occasion, march 5, 2017, i had the sunshade closed, which prevented serious harm.
Red flashing light goes off on windshield, seat vibrates with nothing around. Brakes and pulling to right applied for no reason. Keeps doing this
I own a2016 suburban and its seem to have a vibration when i'm doing 35 to 45 miles ,took suburban to dealer and they told me that need it balance on tires, i pay 19.99 for the balance and the problem still there.its there anything i need to do to get this problem solve.?
Power running boards intermittently fail to open/close as designed.the boards on either vehicle side may partially/fully open and or close.this is a tripping/falling issue and several professional repairs to correct have resulted in no corrections to defect.

My 2016 chevrolet suburban started having problems with the drivers assistance at 63k miles. I have researched, it's seems the other people had the same problem. The seats stopped vibrating to alert driver. What i heard is that the cables are misplaced and when you move the seat they break. We are trusting this vibrate seats to help us, but they stop working on a road trip not good. Please check this out. Thanks
Outside temperature. In snow, air flow to the sensor is apparently blocked and the temperature reads 33, the temperature of snow rather than outside temp. . i was going far too fast last weekend since it turns out the temperature was actually in the mid-20's and i could have had a disastrous accident. I was out of snowing conditions and thought the roads were just wet.the error will persist so long as there is snow on the front of the car this does not have to be the case: our previous 2001 suburban gave accurate measurements under all conditions, thus catching me off-guard. . this is a dangerous problem and hopefully can be easily fixed.
The navigation system cannot connect to gps and the compass is no longer functioning. The vehicle was in motion at the time on a rural road while raining.
When driving my new 2016 chevrolet suburban, i am experiencing a booming/ tunneling noise between the speeds of 45 mph and 60 mph and experiencing pressure in my ears from some sort of pressure created in the vehicles cabin. The pressure is very uncomfortable.dealer does can not get direction from gm on how to address the issue.
Ac ids not cooling, dealer diagnosed, repairs are about $1500.00 to replace ac condenser and recharge system.also after more than 2 years taking vehicle to check the driver assist system, another dealer service center tell us the lane departure actuator needs to be replace, cost of aprox $500.00.vehicle is 3 years 3 months since we bought it,
The air conditioner has stopped working and blow hot air. I've noticed there are several complaints regarding the air compressor and hoses on this vehicle but no recall has yet been made. We have to refill using refrigerant and it only lasts a few weeks and then blows hot air again. It doesn't matter it it's moving, stationary or where the vehicle is.
A/c refrigerant leak in the compressor on a car just 3 years old.compressor requires replacement as substantial cost.from what i have read, this seems to be epidemic for this and similar models.instead of fixing the issue, gm just doubled the supply of replacement parts at a substantial cost to customers and profit for dealers and suppliers.
Vacuum pump went out while driving on the turnpike and the brakes locked up
Ac condeser went out and the dealership could not repair , they said there was a national wait list for the condenser that fit these vehicles
Attached are images from the in-vehicle screen of our rear-view camera at night. We are unable to see anything (row of cars, roads, driveway, traffic, etc) due to the large red blurry area. We live in a rural area without street lights so the rear-view camera is essential but the camera is ineffective anywhere..the camera was checked by our dealer and found to be "working." it was a daytime appointment during which the camera is clear.. We contacted chevy directly; their final email stated "per our district manager of aftersales, the glare is from the lights/ brake lights. It has been determined that the vehicle is operating as designed". Surely a vehicle should not be designed to obliterate night vision driving. At night the camera is useless and poses a serious safety issue. One image is our driveway which we cannot see unless we lower the driver's side window to follow the edge. The other image is from our driveway onto our road.the image is the same on any road or lot. Chevrolet seems content to leave this hazardous situation as is and refuses to fix or replace the camera. Surelysome technology exists to remedy this problem. We are hoping hat you can act upon this.we cannot emphasize strongly enough how difficult night driving is with the camera as is. We can furnish more images (parking lots, etc) but they are all the same. Rain makes it worse. Depth perception is non-existent.we are willingto have anyone look at our vehicle if that helps. The driveway photo was taken 2/28/2018 at 7:33 pmthe second image was at 7:44 pm at the date noted. Thank you.
Ac compressor has a leak. Took it to get it checked and found out more chevy owners had the same problem with a leak in the same exact spot. There is also a backorder of new air compressors.
The display module was replaced. Then the heat wouldn't work so the entire display screen was replaced. There is a grinding / vibration that has not been diagnosed. Feels like it slips. It also got stuck in an acceleration and the brakes wouldn't work.
I have experienced my radio and steering controls fail to respond to touch, disconnect from phone calls, my cruise control has stopped working on several occasions and is now intermittent. The vehicle's lane departure assist is intermittent as well.
When driving my new 2016 chevrolet suburban, i am experiencing a droning sound like a window being down.some refer to it as booming/ tunneling noise.mine starts at around 45 mph.
Windshield washer system only sprays the very bottom of windshield and cleans the bottom of the windshield completely smearing the remaining portion making it difficult if not impossible to drive and see the road and objects causing a significant safety issue for occupants of this vehicle as well as the traveling public.i found this defect while traveling at highway speeds. I attempted to increase speed to no avail.ive made several inquiries to the dealership and to corporate with no resolution or suggestions.the dealership did bring a same type vehicle, year and model, and placed it along side my vehicle and the windshield washer system operate identical to mine.this defect was reported to the dealership shortly after i purchased.all documentation is in dealer and corporate computors.

Two of my four continental crosscut lx 20 dot a321 wbde 2516 blew out while driving.june 21, 2017 going straight on a residential road at 25 mphandon october 18, 2017 slowing down on highway to exit a ramp going 55mph. Both instances the dealership claims i hit something which caused the tire to blow out.i have owned for suburbans and have never had a tire blow out until purchasing this car in july of 2016.
Car shakes at speeds over 65mph with no solution from dealer or chevrolet after multiple trips to dealer for a permanent repair. Or response from chevrolet customer service
