Recall was announced feb 7, 2019 my complaint is why is it taking so long to obtain parts and get the vehicle repired it has been three months

The return line from the transmission cooler is rubbing on the bumper mount bracket. My vehicle has just over 9000 miles on it and the cover around the line is already worn through. The way the line is mounted offers no flexibility to push it away from the bumper bracket. This will eventually lead to a failure of the return line on the transmission cooler. I was informed of this issue by a post on a public forum. The person that posted this issue had a failure of the return line in the same spot due to the same issue.
