Driver's side seat frame cracked, causing seat to go into a reclining position. Consumer states poor design of seat frame allows seat movement reslting in noise and then cracking of seat riser.

Was traveling 30mph when an individual ran out into traffic. Slammed on brakes, and pedal went to floor. Abs kicked in for awhile. Then, there wasno pressure for braking. Rearended vehicle in front. Took vehicle in to have brakes checked, andmechanic could not find any problems. Prior to accident, was informed brakes were a problem if applied.
