Consumer stated that computer went out without warning, which prevented vehicle from starting.consumerwould put the key in the ignition andvehicle would not turn over. Hecalled the manufacturerand asked them for help, and they denied help. Consumer was told that he needed to speak with isuzu.he called isuzu, and they would not take responsibility. They absolutely refused, claiming that even though they helped gmc to manufacture the vehicle, they were not responsible for its defects. Consumerwould like to know who was responsible, and howhe could get help to get his vehicle running.
Consumer could not have recall repair (97v096000 / 97v096001) done due to scheduling problems.
Consumer was checkingtire pressure,andnoticed that tread was separating fromtires.firestone roadhandler gt tires, size p185/60r14 /28h. Consumer noitified dealership and firestone.
