While driving up hill in heavy rain vehicle was placed in 2nd gear and curved with the road.then, vehicle hydroplaned/turned, and hit a tree on the driver's side,resulting in driver's death. Vehicle's structure was made of fiberglass which did not protect the occupant in the crash. Please provide further information.
