I've been in a constant uphill battle with the dealer that sold me this vehicle.the last two gasket failures have cost me even though the two previous failures were covered under the 60,000 warranty i purchased initially.i feel that since the problem was never corrected, i should not be liable to pay but the problem worked on at the manufacturers or dealers cost.i paid for a recurring problem even though i bought this car brand new to avoid these types of problems, and still made my car payments to the bank. I really would appreciate your assistance.i wouldn't trade this car in because it would fail again.this car needs to be destroyed and i need to be compensated for a defective vehicle that came straight off the assembly line.thank you.
