Wiring harness failed.

When you are driving along the truck will shut off.the dealer has looked at the truck twice and can't find the problem. It has happened 3 times since i have owned the vehicle.i going 55 and the truck shut off then you pull over to the side of the road and start it and it is fine for sometime.
For the past 2yrs. My engine light stays on & spartan chev. Can not find the reason for this, now it starts and there is no horse power.what can i do?has there been a recall?

Gmc has had recalls on the brakes and winshield wipers how come this year truck wasnot recalled, also the master cylender was replaced 3 times, andthats not normal on any vehicle, not to be included in the recall??

Steering wheel vibrates when brakes are applied.
The first incident occurred about a year and a half ago, the front crossmember attaching the seat sides together broke, in the most recent incident the seat frame broke in yet another spot leaving the seat unsecure and unsafe to drive.
The 3 foot long section along the frame below driver's area is possibly designed with improper materials or shielding causing the brake lines and fuel line tubing to corrode and leak.
Rear axle seal has failed twice, causing damage to brake system.
Oil gauge failed.

Cruise control does not disengage until clutch has reached the floor when going uphill. *dsh

During rain or snow windshield wipers would stop and i would have to go under hood and hit wiper motor to get them to run. I was concerned and went to a repair shop and they told me that trucks were bad for wiper motors. Then 7-12-99 my son had told me that his fellow workers had that problem and that they had recall on their trucks.
The windshield wipers fail intermittantly, especially if driver goes over a bump or stops suddenly.
Windshield wipers stop working while driving.
Windshield wiper motor circuit board has been replaced at my cost.there are two recalls (#98v150000 & 98v150001) for similar trucks for this same part.the dealer indicated that my vehicle was not listed in the recall.
