Had parked vehicle & went around back of vehicle & lifted rear door (station wagon). The gas cylinder bracket gave way & fell on driver's head. Owner had cerebral hemorrhage due to defective gas cylinder bracket. Also, had the engine changed five years ago & did not have mileage.
Sub-frame separated from body due to rusty washers holding bolts in place, causing steering linkage to separate/loss of control of vehicle. *dsh
Heard noise the inner and outer tie rods on the right hand side. Could have caused wheel to fall off.
