The air bags did not deploy in the accident.consumer was injured in accident.

Failure on the hood latch, when driving the hood on the vehicle flew up.
Clutch assembly failed 5 times.
Seat frame broke.
Seat anchor separatesd from metal frame. The frame crossmember is fractured in several locations. It appears to be faulty or inferior steel.
The passenger's side seat track assembly is broken. Fixed at dealer (4) times. Needs to be fixed again.
Seat assy recall.
Driver's side seat frame keeps breaking, causingseat to fall intoback seat. Dealer has been contacted. Consumer states he heard a popping noise for some time before the seat started rocking backward and forward, consumer found the frame on the left front corner was gone, it is a thin sheet metal and not built strong enough, the new frame is popping already.
While driving the vehicle about 35 mph, came to a speed bump and put on brakes and the vehicle wouldn't not stop, had to pump on the brakes several times before the vehicle would stop.
When vehicle waits either at stop sign/light or on hill, brakes would start to fade; brake pedal goes to floor; have to pump brakes to bring pedal up. Happens intermittently. Took to dealer & could not find problem.

Changing lanes in a rain storm the abs system locked up and this resulted in a front end collision. Please give more details.
The anti-lock warning brake light stays on all the time. The light has been on for over two years. The dealership/repair shopwaere not able to determine what the problem with the system was.please provide any further details.
Anti-lock brakes are notworking properly at all.consumer tookvehicle back to the dealership for brake problems.the mechanic told him that his vechicle is safe.his complaint is when he is in the parking lot driving 32 milesand applies brakes to the floor, they just don't stop vehicle.
Defroster failure.
While driving in a rain storm the wipers suddenly stop, there is a recall 98v-150 concerning this problem but the consumers vehicle is not included due to vin.nlm
Consumer states that while driving and with no warning the windshield wiper will work intermittently and it becomes hard for the consumer to see during rainy weather. Dealer notified.nlm

When it is humid or raining the wipers may or may not work. They start then won't stop or don't start at all. The dealers i've been to two say there was a recall for my year truck but not from the plant mine was built at.please nail these ?!@#$% before someone gets hurt badly.thank you.dt

Windshield wiper wiring causes the wipers to work intermittently. Sometimes they would come on & work just fine. Other times would be on & would just stop. This would cause the driver to have poor visibility when driving. Its a safety hazard. Part of recall 98v150000/001. *ml

See:nhtsa campaign id numbers: 98v150000 & 98v150001.when i took the truck to the dealer, they said my truck was within the same year as the recalls, but my vin # was not one of the ones being recalled. They said they would have to charge me to fix it. My truck is doing exactly the same as this recall notice says;windshield wipers and washer work intermittently. Please advise as soon as possible; should i get this fixed on my own and will i be reimbursed?thanks for your help!roger jacobson.
Windshield wipers intermittently do not operate. There is recall 98v150001,but this vehicle was not affected due to vin.
