When originally purchased the shoulder portion of the seatbelt would not retract, the assmbly was purchased new from the mentioned dealer and replaced. On 6/29/99 the same problem occured, the shoulder portion of the belt would not retract. I purchased another assembly from the same dealer who said it was not covered by warranty and charged me 130.94 + 7% tax. In august of 1999 that new assembly again failed in the same way. This time it was covered under warranty. I wrote to gm at the time of the original failure, they responded, no coverage, no reimbursement. I wrote again with this failure and they responded the same.
