Diesel engine and glow plugs keep going bad.low mileage 2012 truck.this is the 4th in as many months.bought new and cared for.date listed below is the most recent.

The blower motor control resistor has melted the connection over 5 times and required a harness to be changed out along with the part 15-81773 resistor unit.all times i could smell burning plastic and then the blower would stop ( no heat or ac).what i have read that gm will not fix the problem that could cause a fire and trap personnel in the truck or any other vehicles that is having the same problem.

The vehicle had showed low battery at five attempts to start.consumer informed the service manager that the battery should be checked or replaced, also the starter was replaced. 2002 chevrolet truck 3500 *scc

Consumer's husband had aproblem startingthe vehicle. Since the vehicle had a diesel engine the consumer hadto wait until a light came on before starting the vehicle.also,frequently whilewaiting for the light to come on thebattery went down. This vehiclehad been to the dealer for repair 6 times.each time, they were told something new, andhadto purchase new parts. But the problem was not solved.also,vehicle stalledintermittently while driving on the highway.

Pulled into driverway mashed gas . The throttle hung up could not get truck to turn off , tried to get truck turned off . Turned key off and took keys out of ignition and truck was still running and black smoke boiling from exhaust , truck would not turn off , finally had a pop and all the oil came out from under the truck. Thentruck cut off .

Consumer stated the flywheel, turbo gasket, gasket, bolts were replaced and also the vehicle was running low on coolant. 2002 chevrolet truck 3500*scc

While driving the vehicle would stall.the vehicle has been taken to the dealer on six separate occasions but the problem still occurs. When vehicle stalls unexpectedly, consumer also experienced loss of power steering and a minimal braking capacity.*la

Consumer states that some type of fluid was coming from the back of the truck and were leaving stains on the parking pad, in which a service technician said that it was condensation leaking from the muffler. 2002 chevrolet truck 3500*scc

The turn signal bulb on the left hand side keeps blowing out.the entire turn signal wiring was replaced.

While driving 55 mph vehicle stalled. Consumer had vehicle towed to the dealer for analysis, andmechanic noticed that a sensor inside of thefuel injection systempump needed to be replaced.

Driving normally with no load uphill engine dies.

The transmission exploded, which caused sever injuries to the consumer.

While driving under any braking conditions and when depressing the brakesbrake pedal was delayed, resultingina rear end collision.

Two injured when consumer pressed on brakes but failed to stop the vehicle resulting in a rear end collision.*phthe consumer was driving 20-25 mph when another vehicle was turning left, slammed on the brakes but continued forward.the consumer hit the person in front of him and caused this person to hit the vehicle in front of them.the front brakes wore out every 22-24k miles and the rear brake pads wore frequently.(these problem have occurred since the vehicle was new) *sc(chevrolet 3500 1997)

When stepping on the brake pedal consumer feltvibration coming from the steering wheel.consumer took vehicle to the dealership, andmechanic determined thatbrake rotors wore out prematurely.

The vehicle's brake line was cracked.the dealer was notified. *nlm1994 model.

When driving consumer noticed that the cab was shifting left to right.drove the vehicle to the dealership, andmechanic informed consumersub framecracked.

1999 chevrolet g3500 rear tire tread separated while driving at 55 mph.tire tread caused damage to the rear finder panel as well as the coils to the air conditioner unit. *mr the tire did not deflate. *sc

The windshield has air pockets that are forming between the layers of glass-which weakens the unit strength of the glass.(year of the vehicle-1977)scc

While drivingin the rain windshield wipers would stop working.

Consumer states while driving 50mph the wheels leave the pavement.ts
