While operating the vehicle the dynamic power steering system malfunctions causing the vehicle to swerve hard left if, or when the operator let's loose of the steering wheel. As a result of the dynamic power steering system constant left turn pressure on the rack and pinion has caused premature failure of the rack and pinion, causing a severe handling situation, combined with the constant left turn pressure render the vehicle non operational.
